I bought a Groupon for a full detail for my husband’s car. The car is 9 years old with a black fabric interior, and we do have 2 very furry white/​brown dogs. When we made our appointment and went into the shop, the mechanic took one look and stated that it was «not a normal detail» because there was too much dog fur. He actually recommended that I return the Groupon for a refund (which is impossible…) and stated that the detail would cost too much money, take too long, and the seats would likely be damp even after 36 hours. He was completely unprofessional, and it really just seemed like he was not interested in our business at all. Fine with me, I will take my business elsewhere.

Great customer service from Sam and his crew. The price was right and they really paid attention when detailing my minivan. I had to get a scratch/​dent buffed on the side door and they took care of it the best they could. Overall, would definitely recommend SG Auto.

Sam and his crew did a fabulous job detailing our Jeep for a very fair price. He provided superior customer service and even helped us with the sale of one of our vehicles. Highly recommended!

Bought a Groupon for a car detail and an oil change. Very pleased with the outcome and the team was very friendly and respectful. The owner pointed out some crappy body work that had been done previously, though it had not occurred to me that the issue I was having was a result of the previous work. In retrospect, he was right on, and I appreciate it. The owner also claims to offer the cheapest synthetic oil change in town. Haven’t shopped around, but at $ 40, he might just be right. The location is weird and hard to find, but I am happy with the result.

It’s not in the most scenic location but i went to have the BMW detailed and they did an excellent job. The car looked almost brand new and they cleaned everything including under the hood. The owner is very interested in making sure you are satisfied. I will go back the next time The car needs detailing. I would recommend to others and a fair price.

I bought a Groupon for an auto detailing package from SG Autos just yesterday. I called to schedule my appt. and the young lady I spoke with was very accommodating, and courteous and stated to me that I could come in the same day. I must admit I was a little nervous when I came to the address. This is one of those business park type places, but the kind where there are nothing but body shops, workshops, and garages. So I felt a little out of place rolling in with my four year old in tow expecting to wait here for a couple of hours. I found the suite easily, and was greeted quickly and met with the paper work. The gentleman whose uniform read «Sam» was very kind (I assume he was the owner), and offered me a ride back home instead of waiting there, which was unexpected, convenient and helpful.
The end result is that they did an amazing job with my car, cleaned 100% of the stains inside, and even cleaned out my little girl’s car seat! My car looks brand new again and I love the work I had done here! A definite recommendation.
