Tbhey are awful and liars! Don’t trust them in your home! I agree, I wish no stars was an option!
I call to schedule and they say nothing avaiable for 2 months! So I schedule 2 months out. I inquire about a time frame that day. They say between 8 and 3. My husband stays home all day and they no show. He calls and they say it was not on the books. I email the next day and they tell me that the crew says they went.
Don’t trust them!

The numerous bad reviews are all correct from my experience. These people jerked me around for 2 ½ months. Not answering phone, not returning calls or emails. Then when they did book me it was not for weeks later. No help with an upcoming house gathering I was trying to plan. So THEN, they no-​showed. Then for some reason I’m a glutton for punishment, or more so because Living Social would not give me a refund on my voucher, I allowed them to reschedule me but they couldn’t do so till a full MONTH later. I am sure they were just trying to make me give up hope and get lost. Then, this was the worst, a human being comes to my door the morning of my appt., without cleaning supplies. she says she is going to collect the $ 13.81 taxes first. Where is your partner? Oh, he is waiting in the car. Uhhh. OK, that sounds very suspicious… –I don’t have change for $ 20 and they wont take a check. She says she’ll go out to her car to look for change and I say I will look in my car as well or ask my neighbor. Well, she never comes back! I call the company about 15 minutes later and they say they will get right back to me and let me know what happened. NO call, leaving me hanging for several more hours of my Saturday. I was stupid to hang onto hope but at this point my apartment needed cleaning badly. I literally could have cleaned it myself 3 times in the amount of time I have spent dicking around with them. If you aren’t convinced yet not to go near them, also know that there are several «hidden» reviews here on Unilocal that say similar things.
BTW, for those who had no luck getting a refund from Living Social with this, try calling them. My two email requests were denied, but today I got a sympathetic customer service person who agreed with me that this sounds like a major scam and said they have had other complaint calls. She said they will probably cancel this deal, and so maybe it’s worth your while to try again to get a refund.

I second what Lesley said! I also bought from Living social, and I have been calling and calling to make and appointment and finally get an email back saying the next available appointment is Monday Jan. 7^th!!! I am scared they won’t even show up now, any way to get our money back?

If I could give this place NO stars, I would.
I bought 2 LivingSocial Vouchers thinking it would be a good deal since I liked the breakdown of their services on their website.
Boy, was I fooled.
This company has THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced.
First, I called to make an appointment about a month ago, and the girl on the phone tells me to HANG UP and EMAIL the appointment request, which I found not only to be highly inconvenient, but absolutely ridiculous and unheard of! Wouldn’t it be easier to take down my information, including my email, and then send me a confirmation?
Then, when I emailed my request, I didn’t hear a response until about a week later, and then was told I would have to wait between 8am-​2pm for them to come by on the next available date… which was a month from my request. They wouldn’t even let me book an appointment for my second voucher at the same time!
Here I am, a month later on my WASTED day off because their appointment window is so distastefully wide, completely stood up with no confirmation, cancellation or call to reschedule! I called their office over 50 times throughout the day today, I’m sure, but no one has picked up the phone or returned my voicemail to tell me what the hell happened.
I don’t know what their cleaning is like, but if it’s anything like their customer service, you are simply better off wasting your day off cleaning your house yourself.

Horrible customer service! I’ve called them 5 times, left 2 messages, and one email. They have yet to return any of them! I got a living social deal from them and it appears as though it is a scam! DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY MONEY!!! They will never schedule you an appointment and they will never show up! They’re probably just waiting for the living social deal to expire so they can pack up and run away with everybody’s money.
