Manager

I have extensive knowledge regarding customer service, operations management and client management within the Security/​Investigations industry and am very confident of my skills. I am currently open to all competitive compensation but wish to be measured through Merit and accomplishments.

My management style is to lead by example. I continually maintain and develop a strong relationship with my clients and require that my employees be accountable, proactive and dependable at all times as well as professional. My relationships with my accounts and clients do not have set hours therefore my work days and hours are very demanding which makes for a very challenging position in which I take pride in being successful for. I have made myself available to my employees and clients; therefore, I have established positive feedback in the 87% range per the last quarter. I am confident in my Management skills, my work performance and eagerness to adapt as well as learn new techniques.
