I love to brag about Scott Le agent’s office in many ways.
State Farm is not just a place to get insured, but it also has a banking service. I was here to refinance my new car. I always love their rates below dealers’ APR.
I have never met anyone who was more experienced than Lisa — the agent’s office representative. She is very knowledgeable with State Farm’s products and procedures. I observed how effective she was when she processed my loan and interacted with other customers in 3 languages. She speaks fluent English, Vietnamese and Mandarin, which is a great asset in Chinatown.
There are so many State Farm Agents in Chinatown area. I chose this one was because of the Feng Shui in prosperity and flowing of happy customers.
