I’m a drive-thru customer. I love schlotzkys, every since 1996 when my stepsister got a job there and started being home sandwiches. anyhow, this schlotzkys has a friendly young man that works drivethru and I love interacting with him. He is sweet and makes extra sure everything is secure in my hand and asks me if there’s anything else I need, which has at times reminded me that I may need a cinnamon roll for kid’s breakfast the next day. The fact that you aren’t being rushed outta his window is nice in itself. We all know how great these sandwiches are, the bread, the warmed meats, the OLIVES! Yum

Service at window was awesome. My sandwich was pastrami and swiss on rye. Lots of meat and cheese! I used my birthday coupon for a small sandwich! No complaints here.

The guy there was so rude he was taking our order and conversations with his friends. I never go there again.

How many bread and lettuce sandwiches can I receive here! If you are just there for meat I’m sure it’s fine but not so for veggie sandwiches. I am tired of greeting lettuce! And the speciality sandwich is no different ! «Greens» slathered in mayo. Finally returned a nasty one and was given hard time about it! Buyer beware here… Also found a long hair in a sandwich one time and it took me a year to go back! Yuck!

Try the chipotle chicken on jalapeño bread(I don’t think it’s on the menu anymore but they still make it and it’s awesome).

The service here is dreadful. After walking in to the nearly empty place I waited several minutes before a girl finally came to the counter and took my order. Then no «thanks for waiting» or anything like that, no smile, just walked up with a pissed off look on her face and said«you ready». I brushed her attitude off and ordered and sat down at a table with my daughter. I did not have to wait long for them to bring out my food. But only half of it came out. I checked the receipt and saw the girl who took my order forgot half the meal. So I let my daughter have mine then went up to the empty counter, and waited, again for several minutes. Then another girl finally came out, same attitude as the first. I said«hi the person who took my order forgot to put part of it in.» Her response: «well she’s not here right now.» wth… I said«I wasn’t asking of she’s here right now I’m just trying to complete my order because she left part of it off». Then she acted annoyed that I was bothering her trying to order and pay for food. By this time my daughter was already finishing her meal. I said«where’s your manager?» She said«the manager’s not here.» I said«then what’s your manager’s name?» Then she said«I’m the manager». Yeah that made a lot of since she just said the manager wasn’t there. I said«then what’s your name». She said«Annabelle» and then just walked away. What on earth just happened there? Well it was a beautiful day out, so I just got my daughter and got out of that place(still hungry) and enjoyed the afternoon elsewhere. Something tells me those girls stayed miserable for the rest of the day.

This old School favorite has been off my radar. I am not sure why I decided to stop in after driving by it for quite some time. I don’t think they do ANY advertising that I have seen. I just caught a wild hair, LOL. Anyway, boy am I glad I did. It was even better than I remembered. That bread is just the best. They now have salads, wraps & pizzas so it seems that they have grown up a bit as well. The service here was very responsive & the food was freshly prepared. I am definitely back in love with Schlotzky’s !

Dine in experience is great. You always get friendly people behind the register with good food. Be careful with the drive thru. The curb was built too wide so you have to open your door to be able to reach far enough to pay and get your order. If you’re not careful you can hop the curb with your car or maybe even scratch your rims.
