Would not recommend this location. Went to this location with girlfriend and the sandwiches we ordered tasted a little funny. Sandwiches from this company usually taste great, watch out, stay away from this location. Just from this experience and low food quality just at this location, we will no longer buy anything from this sandwich company. Also, if you say your going to bring a side of pickles out to our table as we asked please do so, if not don’t say your going to bring a side of pickles out. We never received out side of pickles, life will go one. Recommend staying away, sandwiches at this location taste funny like something was done to it and not in a good way.

A few months ago we held a coworker’s baby shower here. The owner happen to be at the store the day we called. We wanted to be sure it would be «ok» for us to hold the shower and if they would be able to cater to a large crowd. With this being a last minute surprise shower, we were not quite sure what or how much to order or how many people would show up. He went over the menu with us and suggested a few different items on the menu. We weren’t sure if they would be too busy on a Sunday afternoon, but just to be sure we showed up earlier to set up. Turns out, the owner had put aside a section with«RSVP’d» signs on some tables for us! He was also on hand to assist us with any requests we may have. The surprise shower was a hit! And we all enjoyed the variety of sandwiches he put together for us. The owner, Henry, even threw in extra bags of chips and orders of cinnabons for us! Thanks for a great time! We’ll be back! FYI, if you aren’t a sandwich person, Schlotzsky’s has pizza!

Horrible management. Service is decent. Free sandwiches were the only good thing about this place. The owner rudely tried to guilt trip me to buy more things. She also accused me of passing around my free sandwich card to my friends. My cousin’s friend was also denied of removing the meat of the sandwich even though it’s part of his religion. Never going to this location again.

The service here is just horrible! My boyfriend and I came around about 7:15 on a Sunday night and there was not one person at the register. We basically just came for a Cinnabon and we picked out the one we wanted. A young lady finally came up front to help us and we asked for the Cinnabon and pointed at which one we wanted. She rudely said«they all came from the same tray» and grabbed one in the fridge already boxed up. We didn’t know how long that has been sitting there so we asked once more if we can have the one under the lamp… gave us an attitude and an evil stare. Def not coming in here again. Horrible horrible service.

I noticed this place was going up about a week before they opened. I’m so glad it’s close to home! The food was fantastic. I had the original sandwich and it was so crispy and fresh when it came out. This location also carries Cinnabon products(that’s a no brainer, get the cup that has cut up cinnamon rolls inside), there’s Carvel ice cream(which for some reason I didn’t get), and they also have Fuze tea drinks. I think because this location is at the end of a shopping center, it allows more daylight inside, giving it a nice feel. There is free wifi, and there’s also a television that gives it kind of a loungy feel. I will most definitely be back.
