As a professional tbusiness owner that I not been to my regular salon in 9 weeks I had to run into Office Depot and decided to be a risk taker and dash into Salons in the Park for a trim, that means to me less than ¼ inch removed from your current hair.
The designer, Hair by Luz either had a deficiency in her hearing or some other agenda, but totally did not understand the word «trim». She cut 3 inches off, as I kept telling her I need a trim only and that I did not want any layers cut into my hair, she proceeded to cut layers in one side of my hair and not on the other side, lopsided is not the word I used to describe this cut when my spouse asked what had happened to my head. Had to fly across town (45 minute drive and $ 90 later to get a good cut.
Will not have enough time to grow my hair out before my all important high school reunion. Learned a valuable lesson to not try a new salon that lack professionals that refuse to listen to the client. Also the salon takes only cash… they fail to tell you this until after the haircut. I was kind enough to pay, should have talked with management. Yikes!@*!!!
