Established in 2013.

Co-​founders Hector Roldan and Elizabeth Trujillo joined forces to form RT Trees. Hector, a Massachusetts native, has over 10 years experience as a tree climber servicing the Greater Boston area and neighborhoods near you. Elizabeth is a former Marine and she has earned a degree in Finance and Accounting from Northeastern University.

Born in Jamaica Plains and raised in Walpole, Hector is an experienced tree climber with over 10 years of experience. He has worked for several different tree companies in Massachusetts and even for companies in Houston, Texas.

Hector did a high quality job cleaning our gutters 3 stories up and replacing a 3-​story downspout. The paint was matched to spec and everything came out real nice. Communicated via text often and was attentive to all requests. Would definitely hire again. Thanks!

I called Hector for help cleaning the gutters and, since they also do trees, to cut back a couple of branches near my house. Hector was very responsive, showed up on time and went above and beyond at my house. They did a couple of things in the yard for me that I didn’t expect — all for a more reasonable price than I have previously paid JUST for tree trimming. Also a bonus — Hector sent pics throughout the process to show the work was complete. Would definitely use again!

Love these guys! They were right on time, very knowledgeable, and really cared about making me happy. They made some points I hadn’t even considered, and gave me information no one else took the time to explain. Everyone else wanted to cut my tree down, and they found a way to save it. Hector with RT Trees is very professional, quick to respond and give estimates, and his prices were great! Everything we discussed was handled with great detail. His crew is really nice and they all seem very knowledgeable. Hector helped me trim back a huge tree, clean all our gutters, and hang a swing from a tall branch for my son. I called Hector at RT Trees after witnessing the gutter at the back of my townhouse overflowing during a rainstorm. Water was streaming down to my doors and windows.
I had a quote within a couple of hours. Knowing there was more rain on the way, he made a point of it to get to me the next day. He and his crew made short work of my gutter problems, clearing everything out and cleaning up their mess.
They offered to address some additional tree problems I had while they were there, and the pricing was perfect.
I’m now planning to have them back in the near future for some other work as well.
Hector, Elizabeth and Kevin did a great job… And they’re Marine Vets, so there’s that too!

So we needed our gutters cleaned pretty bad. After a few calls we came across this company. I spoke with Hector, the owner, for a few minutes, gave dimensions and sent pics for review. After conversing we decided to allow Hector and crew to come out. First off, they informed us of their ETA and arrived on time! Awesome because not a lot of companies show up when they say they are. Second, big plus was they are open on Saturday’s, which worked out very well for us. And third, very reasonably priced for the amount of debris in the gutters. Very personable and easy to talk to. Definitely will call them again in the future! Thanks again!
Side note: this took place during a somewhat rainy day. They hung around till the rain broke, got to work, and finished in a timely manner. Great job!
