Absolutely no office management and organization. I had scheduled an appt. a week in advance and visited the office numerous times in order to verify that my insurance was in fact accepted at the location. I was also told numerous times that it would be verified 24 hrs. in advance in order to ensure the visit would take place. Fast forward to day of appt, an I receive a call 1 hr. prior to my appt. stating that my vision insurance was in fact not accepted. I am sure the optometrists that work here are above par, however when your office staff is a bunch of non educated jokes. It reflects very poorly on the entire business. I suggest the office manager «Argin» actually start doing his job and quit wasting people’s time.

Every single visit I’ve had here has been more than outstanding. Today’s visit exceeded any prior expectations! Emily was efficient in looking up my insurance information. Armen took care of my pre-​tests with the friendliest enthusiasm, including the fact that he made sure I found the best color contact to fit my style! Dr. Do was extremely kind and caring! She took care of me with precision and compassion! Instead of being nervous about my visits to the eye doctor, I now look forward to them! Thank you awesome eye team!

This was my first time trying on contact lenses and I have to say that the staff here are incredibly friendly and personable. Arman was the BEST! He was super patient and gave me really good tips on how to wear and maintain my contact lens. I would highly recommend this place and especially Arman if you want to make your eye check up a breeze!

Since being a little kid who had to wear glasses, I have always been wary of the eye doctor and their spectacles of evil but after coming to Dr. Pham and her associates are great!
The front office staff are friendly and personable and the office is small, so you get one on one attention. They are all very knowledgeable and there is no pressure to by glass from them since they don’t sell glasses. Them being in the galleria is a great help when you have to wait for the dilation.
I’m very happy with my choice of eye doctor and will be coming back as long as they will have me. :)

What a really nice crew of women. They were helpful when I called to set an appointment.
I didn’t know if they accepted my insurance and they were able to look it immediately. They were able to reschedule my appointment to allow for my husband to come along, and then they weren’t rude when I had to cancel his last minute (he didn’t tell me he had a meeting when I made his appointment!).
It’s a little tricky to find because it’s in the side office attached to the Lenscrafters and the office itself is rather small. But it’s clean and cozy. They know their stuff about your eyes and make you feel comfortable, even when your eyes are dilated so badly you can’t stand light!
I know most people only go to the optometrist once a year but I think this is the place I’ll go, once a year!
