These guys were great. Went in for an inspection and oil change today and couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience. They noticed I had absentmindedly requested an oil change about 2k miles before it was due, and instead of doing it anyways and charging me, they checked the oil and recommend I wait until it came due. I only waited about 15 minutes for them to do the inspection, and they let me email them a copy of my insurance and printed it out for me since I didn’t have a current copy on hand. Fantastic service, I’ll be back in 2k miles for an oil change.

Very poor customer service. When I was trying to ask questions about the services or just get an understanding of what was going on the guy at the register would cut me off, roll his eyes and talk down to me. Poor delivery. Extremely rude.

The only full gas station around and it’s the best! They’ll fill your gas tank, check under the hood, wipe your windows and even check your tire pressure!

I decided to take my car here because they gave me the cheapest estimate and their reviews were quite good. However, in the afternoon after I dropped off my car, I was told that there was another part they needed to install that costs over $ 300. The thing that made me mad was that the guy said, «It’s that part you said it didn’t need.» I had no idea what he was talking about. I don’t know much about cars so I definitely wouldn’t tell a mechanic what my car does or doesn’t need.
So the way I see it, they got me to bring it in by offering a low, but reasonable price, and then jacked it up. Never taking it back there again.

Very good service. The staff is professional and polite. I also like that I do not feel as though they talk down to me because I am female (some car shops do).
Not only do I use this place to do my inspection, but I also like to use their full service every once in a while and have them check my tires and fluids, etc.
Only downside — the parking lot is small and the word is out about their excellent service so it can get really busy.

This place has great customer service and a very professional staff. I used to take my car to NTB and I had to leave after a poor experience.
The only downside is the small parking area but it is not too big of a deal. The service made up for it. It is rare to find a place that is this good.

My starter went out and needed to be replaced. One of the technicians (Roger) temporarily fixed it so that I could get home. I called around for quotes the next day. Joe at Robert’s Exxon Mobil said he would order the part *before* I brought the car in (almost unheard of because most mechanics wait until you physically bring your car in). The part was ordered, I brought the car in, and it was done in less than an hour. The cost was slightly less than what Joe quoted over the phone, which was a plus. Very friendly staff, clean, tidy, and efficient.

A full service gas station which is very convenient because I have a baby. Everyone here is super friendly, helpful and professional. I had a flat and they fixed me up right away. The gas prices are a tad higher but they check your oil, clean your windows and pump your gas. Good help comes at a price but so worth it.

In terms of car trouble, I’m unlucky and there always seem something to be wrong with my vehicles. However, I took my Lexus here after moving from Austin and they were able to access the situation quickly and provided me with what I should do. The head mechanic, Juan has over 20 years of automobile knowledge and is able to break it down why your car broke down (haha). Despite the their gas prices being higher than othres, it’s still neat to see full service gas stations around. I would highly recommend these guys if you are in the area.

Who says good service is dead? This is the only gas station I’ve personally seen that still offers full service pumps. And I’m talking old school – an attendant will check your oil, wipe your windows down, et cetera. I’m guessing this place survives because of its proximity to River Oaks; there was actually a very well-​heeled (and wrinkled) line waiting for the full service lane when I drove up a few afternoons ago. There’s also a garage with mechanics to the left of the pumps.
Gas prices are high here – I only stopped in because I was desperate and thought my car may stop on the middle of Westheimer – but I’m guessing if you want someone to put gas in your car, you’re not too worried about the price of oil.
