I paid extra for baseboards and windowsills that were not cleaned The crew arrived about 2 hours late and immediately on arrival took a lunch break. They stayed about 1 and a half hours and left without asking if I was satisfied with their work. Additionally no followup from anyone. Plenty of better services available. Also mirrors were smeared and had drip marks.

I’m sitting in my car as I write this. We just moved out of our Montrose apartment and paid $ 125+$ 25 weekend fee for a clean of our one bedroom and one study apartment.
The window that we were given was 10am-​12pm. I started waiting for them at 10am.
12:15 pm: I called customer service and asked why the maids weren’t here yet. They said that something went wrong with the spreadsheet they were using, and that the cleaners started on the wrong job in the morning, hence they were late. He said that he would call the cleaners and call me back asap.
12:30 pm: customer service said that cleaners were 20 – 30 minutes away. And that I would get a $ 50 refund for my time wasted.
1:20 pm: they were not here yet, so I called customer service yet again! Apparently, they’re another 10 minutes away.
1:30pm: finally they arrived. At least they did a good job cleaning.
They are a bunch of liars. A $ 50 refund does not even compensate the many hours of a beautiful Saturday that they’ve wasted. If you’re going to be late, don’t give me another bullshit time frame and waste more of my time! I would give negative stars if I could.

Unbelievably unprofessional. A friend scheduled a deep clean from this company for another homeowner and they were sent away by said homeowner. When asked for a refund they sent back a, once again, very unprofessional email stating that normally they would refund 50% of the paid amount for a same day cancellation, which would have been fine. They then stated they were going to keep the entire amount paid to cover «emotional damages» to their cleaning ladies followed by more lies as to why there were «emotional damages» in the first place. I then attempted to contact them about it and finally got some yet again very unprofessional lady who wanted to lie more to me about what transpired. I eventually was handed over to the owner of the company, he also wanted to lie and make threats. I believe that a company has a financial responsibility to their employees to cover them whenever anything happens to them. This company will go against their policy and take your money so they can avoid taking financial responsibility. They will lie their faces off to rob you blind then go about making legal threats. They also instead of being a genuine and decent company, told me I could go dispute it with the bank instead of acting professional and dealing personally with me. They are making the third party pay for a service that was not provided. I would avoid this three ring circus like the plague.

Very disappointing cleaning
The first cleaning was very poor:
— she arrived 30 minutes late
— vacuumed only the center of the rooms missing the edges, didn’t do under the furniture
— didn’t wipe down the counters (really?!?)
— did the cabinets and door only where she could reach and didn’t get off the finger prints
— didn’t do any high dusting (as stipulated in the deep clean service)
— didn’t get the pinkish scum that grows in the tub cracks (mildew removal is promised in the deep clean service)
— poor vacuum job leaving bits/​hair behind…
I called to let the office know and they kindly offered a free re-​do clean. Ok fine. One bad egg doesn’t ruin the dozen.
Second time around was no different. Two cleaners this time. They did do the high dusting, but I’m not happy with the rest:
— still water marks on the bathroom mirrors
— hair on the bathroom floor (seriously?!)
— the tub looked the same as when I last saw it
— they didn’t do the counters or the cabinets (omg again!?)
— etc etc
— grand finale — the kitchen floor mopping was so poor that when I went over the 10sf of floor by the kitchen sink by hand with a damp cleaning rag it came out brown with dirt and hair when I was done.
The cleaners did a rush job (1.5 hours for a «deep clean»!?!) and it shows in the final product. Do not recommend!

I spent a few hours pricing maid services around Houston to get a deep clean of my new (empty) 2000 square foot home before moving in. Revive was by FAR the least expensive (I used the $ 99 winter special deep clean coupon found online, and spent $ 50 more because I have an extra ½ bath and also asked to have the inside of the oven and refrigerator cleaned). I was hesitant to use them because of two other average/​below average reviews, but I decided to give them a try because they beat all other cleaning estimates I received by about $ 100. They gave me a 2 hour window of when to expect the cleaning crew (which was a little annoying), but the crew showed up within the first 10 minutes of that window. They did an excellent job — all floors, baseboards, bathrooms, and insides of cabinets/​drawers were thoroughly cleaned, and my house looks awesome. Then, the owner called me the day after the cleaning to make sure that I was satisfied with their work. For the price, I would definitely recommend them for a move in deep clean.

FYI: Unless you mention the $ 99.00 deep clean CHRISTMAS special. you won’t get it! I had to go get the two women out of the car and bring them back in and show them the window panes that have dirt and stains all over them. Also the appliances in the kitchen weren’t clean. I paid 170 $ for just the downstairs and a poor job at that.

I just recently received service from Revive Cleaning Service, and I must say that I was pleased with the work they did at my home.
I did a Google search and they were the first to pop up. So I checked their prices and for what they offered, were more than reasonable. $ 155 total for a deep cleaning which included all the basics plus dusting, baseboards, blinds, etc. for a 3 bedroom 2 bath house.
Two ladies arrived within the time fame I was given when I called the day before to schedule service. They were there for about 4hrs and did a thorough job for the price. I would recommend. And I will use again.

This cleaning service beat other estimates for a move-​in clean in a 2,500 square foot house. The owner was prompt to respond to emails and kindly fit us in at the last minute and said they would return if we were not satisfied with the cleaning, which I thought would be a good sign of what was to come. Not so.
My husband was in the house at one point during the cleaning, and he said one of the crew was moving very, very slowly and seemed to be half-a$$ing it. When we arrived at the house to move in the next day, it was obvious they had mopped and vaccumed and wiped down the bathrooms, but they hadn’t touched the window sills, baseboards, inside kitchen and bathroom cabinets and drawers, or any of the other surfaces in the house, which I specifically asked and paid extra for. I took photos of the dirty window sills and some other things and sent them to the owner with a request that they come back. I never received a response.
