Realex Homes, a division of Realex, Inc., was established for one purpose; providing home buyers a personal, responsive, affordable custom home builder. Founded in 1987 by Owner and General Contractor Nick Peters, Realex Homes has been helping Houston home buyers for over 25 years. Realex Homes includes more standard features than other new home builders in Houston. A luxury home builder can also be an Affordable Houston Custom Home builder.

History

Established in 1987.

The company began as a real estate brokerage company handling sales, leasing, and property management in 1987 by Nick Peters. In 1993 the company decided to sell the real estate brokerage offices so they could focus more on real estate properties and land development with the vision of becoming a custom home building company. The profitable sales of the company included the three locations and staff but Mr. Peters retained the company name of Realex. As Realex, Inc. became more involved in development and builder sales, it began the transition from a real estate company to a custom home building company. This diversification came to fruition in 2001, when the Realex Homes division was started.

Nick Peters is the Owner of Realex Homes, a custom home building company. Realex has built a reputation for not only building beautiful homes but also building lasting relationships with customers. Nick and his family support the A&M and Baylor community and show the same dedication to all of our clients past and present.
