Ramy runs an excellent shop. His prices are very fair. We had our side view mirrors repaired and one of the mirrors only needed a screw put in it so he did not charge us. He is friendly and efficient. He is my new «go to» guy for all my car repairs.

My experience at Ramy’s was outstanding! I am not very knowledgeable about cars and i’m often cautious to not be fooled by automotive service providers. Ramy is the most genuine i have found so far. A few days back, i scratched my car while making a turn into my garage. It was a wide scratch so i wanted to get it fixed asap. Before heading to Ramy’s, i went to a prominent houston car repair service provider who gave me a quote of USD 450. Now I may not be an expert in paint jobs and sun protection etc etc but that amount sounded way off limits. I decided to get a second quote. I first spoke to Ramy on the phone requesting an estimate. He was very polite and told me that he cannot quote an estimate without looking at the damage. I appreciated that and drove over to Ramy’s the next morning. He examined the scratch and told me that he can completely clean it and it would take just 60 bucks! I was quite shocked at first … That was way lesser compared to the previous quote. I think Ramy read my mind and said that some other service provider would charge me way high for the same job, taking advantage of the fact that i am a woman and hold relatively less knowledge about cars. It was at that moment that I trusted him. He fixed my car scratch and it looks as good as new :). Everything was done with such professionalism, under the time promised and for such a fair amount. I am definitely going back and would totally recommend him to all Unilocalers!

I received exceptional service and a very reasonable price. I could not have gone anywhere else here in houston and got as good of a price to get an auto glass repair with unmatched quick, reliable and friendly service. Well worth it!

I called Ramy on the phone to get a quote for my ac leak and he said $ 69 to find the leak with dye and that money goes toward the cost of repair. This was a pretty good deal, so it got me to come in person.
When I arrived, Ramy could not be any nicer and quoted me the same cost as on the phone and said it would be about 30 mins.
As promised, 30 mins later, he was done with my car and asked me to come in the office, where he told me he deducted that the problem was a leaking evaporator core, in the dashboard, which would cost $ 977 and take 3 days. I said no way and left after paying for the dye test.
After taking the car to another repair shop in Texas City a day later, I was able to determine the problem was a leaking high pressure valve, which NTB and Ramy’s technician missed. That repair cost me only $ 100 at the other shop. Thanks for the mis-​diagnosis Ramy’s Garage!

Didn’t appreciate the bait and switch on prices. Called ahead and got a quote for a headline replacement on a Honda Accord (asked twice to make sure that it was a headliner replacement), was given a quote. As soon as I arrived, was asked to pull my car to the garage before Ramy inspected it and gave me a price $ 105 more than what was quoted in the phone.

After 7 years my sunroof just decided to commit suicide. I called the sunroof king and I must admit I was a little hesitant cause I don’t usually deal with fast talkers but I really needed to repair this hole in my roof. I stopped by, received a quote, paid the man and didn’t wait too long for the installation.
ONE YEAR LATER — I’m back with the same problem and guess what… no questions, he just gave me a new sun roof. You’re the man! (You better have your receipt though)

This guy is a joke, He tells you he’s going to fix your problem, he doesn’t fix it and he wants to charge you anyways, don’t even take this place in consideration, the guy was also as rude as it gets

There is no way this place deserves a 4-​star rating.
(1) The guy lies to you on the phone and tells you what you want to hear to get you to come to the shop with your vehicle. I called the guy 3 times to make sure he had my part (replacement door mirror), and he said yes, come on in, promised he had the part, and it would only take an hour. I get there, they do not have the part, I will have to wait for them to get it, and it will be more than hour.
(2) He insists you pay for parts up front.
(3) The place looks horrible, and the photos on Unilocal are not of this place.
Don’t waste your time. Total rip off.

5 Star Service for some work on my new car. The work was done right and was the bill was less than the quote. Ramy is pleasant and professional but he is also busy so get everything in writing and make them clean up your car (a sore spot with me). What’s important is that the repairs were done right with only one issue where the inside windshield had to be reattached and repaired again. Again 5 Star — Ramy is the only guy to speak to for repairs — I stress this only talk with Ramy. And ask about the Unilocal Coupon before buying it as one review said he did not take them. Glenn

Great customer service! Very easy to work with. We are relatively new here in Houston so when my wife’s car got scraped at work we weren’t sure where we could go. Luckily we found Ramy’s. they did a great job and very fast too.

I read the other reviews and was slightly hesitant but I went ahead because Ramys quote was much cheaper than the other mechanics I got a quote from and by a lot. Ramys did an excellent job and I would definitely recommend him. I would go again (hopefully I won’t have to for a long time) but I have to give you a warning– when you go to Ramys make sure you get a specific time and date for you to pick your car back up. Because I never did that it took about 2 weeks. Long time. But he did do a great job and it was about 800 dollars cheaper than the next person. ALSO– FYI– Ramy told me he does not accept the Unilocal coupons. So don’t buy them.

The owner says one thing on the phone but it all changes when you arrive at his place of business. He was a weasel and would steal from the blind without a bother in the world! Not recommending this place to anyone! Getting one star just because I had to click one to post review.

I an only comment on replacing of windows. My car was broken into earlier this week and I came here based on the reviews. Ramy was very nice and it seem promising. When I picked up my car, the windows didn’t match the rest of my vehicle and had a wavy look to it. I wasn’t happy with it and told him that i was willing to pay more for a higher quality glass. He told me that he didn’t see the waves but if i was willing to pay more he was happy to put in a better quality glass.
Two days later I came back to get the new glass in and sure enough it didn’t look any different. I am one of those people who do not mind paying more if the quality is good. This glass was $ 100 more then the original yet it didn’t look at better. I asked him to simply give me what I wanted. A glass without the waves in them. It was clear as day that it was waved.
He just gave me my money back and left me windowless. The reason I am not giving it a one star is because he was willing to replace it again for the second time and when I wasn’t satisfied he gave me a full refund.

I guess this place is OK. My windshield cracked thanks to a rock that hit it while on the 610 Loop. When I called Ramy’s I told them the type of car I have, the year, make, model and anything and everything that was asked. I was quoted at $ 120. I thought that was an excellent price so I told them I would be there in the next hour or so. I really liked that they sent me a text with the address and phone number to the garage as soon as we got off the phone.
Once I left my car I started receiving phone calls adding to the original quote. Oh, your car takes this special thing that cost a little more, we need to place an extra rubber on the car and so on and so on. In my opinion a bunch of BS. The price went up to $ 150, I told them I would give them $ 135 cash and that’s it. and that’s exactly what I did.
I thought they did a good job changing my windshield, but I would much rather get a solid quote than for them to try to keep increasing the price. Would I go again, maybe, but I would make sure to let them know I will only pay the quoted price, not a cent more!!!
