Roofing-​101 is a part of RADCO, Renovation and Development Company. We have been active in the Houston and surrounding areas since 1987. Roofing has always been the primary activity of RADCO. Multi-​family renovations, commercial and residential roofing are all as important to our success as was our first customer. Our goal is to educate the consumer with all the choices available to them and help with their decision so that their project encompasses the best value. Monte has been in the construction business for over 35 years. He has lived in Houston since 1971 and raised 3 children here. Active in the community and an avid outdoorsman. His philosophy in this industry is to be best educated about available products, know the history of the industry and educate the consumer foremost.
