Phlebotomist chewing gum before lab draw then took it out of mouth with paper and did not bother washing hands before drawing labs! She was very unhygienic and did not wear ID badge. She might’ve purposely stuck me incorrectly if I would’ve said something right there and then.

Service is incredibly slow here. I’ve been waiting for almost an hour now, and there is no end in sight. There are at least 10 people in the waiting room and only one person working.

The wait is long, the service is Not inviting but they do get the job done eventually. I come to this Quest often, only because it’s closer to downtown Houston. It would be nice if they had a More workers.
