I felt compelled to leave a review given that the previous reviews were all negative. My experience with this location was excellent. Tamatha took care of me during my visit and was great. I had an appointment but arrived about 20 minutes early. I had zero wait. They took me right back, got me set up in the computer, drew my blood, and I was out the door before my scheduled appointment. I would definitely use this location again.

Went here via Doctor order. Nobody is in the waiting room /behind the counter. Have to call out — «HELLO??» Out comes someone who looks bothered I came in. This was the worst, most painful blood draw I have ever had. I was also left with a bruise. Avoid this careless place if possible.

I’ve been to this lab 3 times. There is never a person behind the reception area(so if you have any questions or need any help, you’re out of luck). The wait is consistently long. Most of the nurse’s who take your blood are nice and gentle, although the woman I had last time left a huge bruise on my arm.

Not many people get a chance to write reviews about places that collect bodily fluids. Vampires, leeches… let’s just say the list goes downhill from there and leave it at that. Although the staff here are a lot nicer than the aforementioned creatures, well, let’s just say a leech will never make you wait to take your blood. This location differentiates itself in having the longest wait times of any lab I’ve ever been to. I mean, I understand the business model that most«customer service» entities follow. That is, never have an employee have any non-productive time, ever. Make your customers wait instead because their time is worthless. I understand it, but it doesn’t mean I have to like it.
