History

Established in 2007.

Q Recycling, a minority owned business, initially began operations with paper-​recycling. While servicing several contractors, we quickly realized the need for more waste management and recycling services within the construction industry. Established in 2009 Q Recycling has been able to develop excellent relationships with many key firms in the Houston construction industry.

Our two partners have combined experience of over 25 years in the construction industry.

Meet the Business Owner

Qusai and Murtaza B.

Business Owner

Qusai is head of field operations and a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin. With over 10 years in the recycling industry with emphasis on scrap metal, he has helped clear and recycle many dilapidated structures across Houston. With Qusai as the team leader, Q Recycling was also involved in Katrina cleanup efforts in Lousiana.

Murtaza is the general sales manager, and has 8 years of experience in the recycling industry. He has supervised the sales of thousands of tons of recycled material and is responsible for the expansion of services to the construction industry.
