Great place to let kids burn off energy. I did think it smelled a little awkward and kids felt it was small compared to Spring location. Overall we are happy it’s a new spot to take kids in Kingwood.

We needed this in our community! My kids love it here and have already visited twice since its opening. The first time we went during the weekend which is a no-no since its only for private parties on the weekends. Since I told them I had called earlier to ask what their hours of operation were and was under the impression that it was open to everyone they apologized and gave me free jump passes to use during the week. That’s great customer service! They have earned my respect and will keep coming back. The moon walks are so much fun and the best part is the glow in the dark section. My son has already told me he wants to celebrate his next birthday here. I took a star off due to the glow in the dark section being off-limits during our second visit. It would be nice for the kids to get to experience the entire facility on a consistent schedule regardless of how many kids are there.

The inflatables are new and nice. Went inside to play and noticed a whole other room full of inflatables deflated with the light off. Dude at front desk said he wouldn’t turn on all the inflatables unless there were more kids there. I counted 12 kids and their parents. He said he would turn off the one’s in the room we were jumping in and then turn on the one’s in the other room. Then I went back to watch my daughter. I guess I was supposed to tell all the parents and coordinate people to move rooms because that never happened. I payed full price for my daughter to play in half their place(3 inflatables).
