* Dispatch Service — Get a toll-free number with LIVE CSR’s to capture service request information from callers and dispatch your contractors & technicians — on target, and on time
* Business Continuity — Maintaining communication is one of the most important challenges companies face during storms, power outages, or disasters. Making calls to coordinate activities and information can be difficult or non-existent during these times, so it is vital to have remote telecom backup and staff that is educated on how to handle such events
* Service Contract Administration — Make sure assets under service contract are not invoiced, and covered assets are being serviced properly, while tracking individual assets or asset classes being moved across multiple locations
* Preventative Maintenance — Automatically dispatch preventative maintenance work orders at specified time intervals
History
Established in 2000.
Professional Dispatch Services LLC began as an answer to requests for After-Hour call center services. After company offices closed, technicians had pagers, cell phones or home phones going off in the middle of the night for low priority calls and this was creating employee dissatisfaction. Answering services didn’t have the experience to make the judgment calls or keep up with who was on duty. This is still our most popular service offering today. In time, customers realized that they could save money while increasing quality. Today, we specialize in Facility Maintenance, the Service Industry (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.) and Fueling Equipment repairs, 24÷7÷365. PDS innovated the ‘pay by the work order’ system so when business is down, you pay less for call center services.

Business Owner
Bruce is a former Facility Manager and Global Call Center Specialist with the Trammell Crow Company, now CB Richard Ellis. For many years before that, he was VP of Service for a fueling equipment service company in Houston and was responsible for all facets of operation, including dispatching technicians. Experience in both of these arenas also involved sourcing and dispatching contractors in the service industry.
