I would give seven stars if i could. I had a small kitchen fire in November which resulted in needing a complete makeover. I needed new floors, granite, fixtures, cabinets and paint. In 2 weeks magic was created and I’m so completely over the moon happy with my results. Were they the cheapest company? Nope! but sometimes paying a little more than the cheap quote will get you an actually professional job! I have zero complaints. I got what I asked for and more. I would highly recommend Mike West and his crew to my friends and family. :)

Great job on our master bathroom! We had the whole shower pulled out and redone in tile, his guys were efficient and it looks wonderful!

Very disappointed by this contractor. We discovered our master bathroom shower has been leaking behind the wall for quite some time, and asked Mike West for an estimate to repair it. Over the phone, he gave a ballpark estimate of about $ 1,700 for a repair solution (rebuild shower pan and partially re-​tile, and re-​install the existing shower door) and upwards of $ 3,500 to replace the whole thing. When he arrived to do the estimate, he said that the $ 1,700 job was «too small» for him and he wasn’t interested in taking it, but if we wanted to pursue a full shower replacement costing $ 6,500, he would do it. He said he usually only takes jobs that are in the ballpark of $ 15,000−20,000. This information should have been conveyed over the phone. Very unhappy to have had our time wasted during what appeared to be a «fishing expedition.» Would not recommend.
