Probably my favorite Popeyes, staff is great and the food is good as always. I’ve had to wait a little long in the drive thru one time and the staff definitely took care of me offered me free drink and dessert in there sincere apology because they had dropped some food and had to remake it. I liked that they were honest with me and took the time to let me know and then offered me something for my inconvenience. Very respectful and well ran! Also strawberry Fanta!!!

I’ve been waiting for my food for 15 minutes now. It’s a rippin chicken and a large mash. 15 minutes!!! There’s now 7 people that came after I did… all waiting for food… good luck I hope you’re ready for a 30 minute wait

I came to this location a few nights back because we were wanting some Popeye’s Fried Chicken and my usual place was packed! I guess it must have been national chicken night or something because when I got over here it was packed too! So I made due and went inside since the drive through line was backed up. Once inside I found that there where more people in there than I thought!!! They did have several people taking orders so things were moving fairly quick. I placed my order and the woman waiting on me must have been in training as she had to ask for help a couple of times on my order. No biggie, they got my order in and were fairly quick about filling it and when I received it they did have everything right! Although they had to substitute several small containers of mashed potatoes for the family size. Again no biggie! It was a very busy night and I thought they were doing pretty good for handling the counter and drive through. Even though it’s not in my neighborhood I would come back again.

I planned to try some of the beer can chicken this evening. My wife and I went in(6pm Saturday evening) and there were no other customers at the counter — a couple of cars in the drive-thru. Of the four employees we saw, not one made eye contact or said anything to us. The one who appeared to be working the counter was filling a box with chicken, keeping her back to us. We waited a couple minutes and then left. Seems someone had not learned to acknowledge customers — at least to say they would be with us… Just moved to the area and I’m trying out all the eating places within walking distance. I think I might have liked the chicken(gave it one star because it smelled so good) — did not like being made to feel unwelcome.

This is simply about the service. I never even got to eat. The drive thru speaker was broken but a customer in the parking lot had to tell me because there was no out of order sign. Then I get up to the window and some large blacj woman treated me like I was really an inconvenience. So I asked if I should come inside. She said they were closed. Then she takes a bag of food out the door right in front of my car to the customer thst said the speaker wad broken. My window was still down so I heard them start talking about a mutual friend and how they were doing. I was so mad but I couldnt even leave because they were blocking the drive way. Awesome way to run off customers! !!!

This place is awful… Service? You can’t get service and if you do, the staff is rude. Our food was practically thrown at us through the window! And the fries were just thrown in a Popeyes bag– not even a fry container…

At the time of this review, this place is evidently run-down. The speakerphone for the drive-through does not work, nor is the menu up-to-date with everything that Popeyes, as a franchise. currently offers. Upon pulling up to the window to place my order, they told me to drive around and that it would be about five minutes for my order to come out. Well, it was in excess of 10 minutes, and I was the only person in the drive-through. I had requested cocktail sauce with my order, and they confirmed it while I was ordering, but when my food eventually came out there was no cocktail sauce in the bag. I wouldn’t tell you not to come here, because most people stop at fast food places because of timing and convenience rather than choice, but just know it’s not the best place to come.

This place sucks. The staff(Yvonne) is so rude! This place needs new management and staff members. Chicken is never done. I refuse to go back. I’ll just have to go out my way to another place. To top it all, when I made it home I checked my order and I was missing some items. I tried to call back and no one answered the phone. I don’t recommend this place to anyone. I give this place 5 thumbs down!

Terrible service. I was greeted at the register with kindness, yet to find out that they had to make two items which wasnt bad but they said it would take 3 minutes but it. turned into a 10 minute long wait, my brother ordered the original chicken strips but they made them spicy so we took that back; the dippin chicken had about 5 small little pieces of cold chicken which were terrible, I ordered the 3 tender basket with fries which were ok. 2 out of 3 items bad in an order, a 66.6%, a D. I will never be coming back to this location ever again.

Oh yeah I’m most definitely a fan of Popeye’s! Of course for the amazing spicy chicken, red beans and rice, mashed potatoes and biscuits… but all that yummy goodness is not good on my diet, so we haven’t eaten here much, to my husband’s dismay. Then, come to find out they offer a Louisiana Leaux menu that promises a «significant reduction in fat, calories, cholesterol and sodium when compared to current menu items». This sounds promising! So we decided to try it out last night… well, I tried it out; hubby ordered off the regular menu and I ordered off the«leaux» menu. Everyone working there was super pleasant and friendly; I think they have had a manager change as a few times we have gone in there the workers weren’t real friendly. When I got my food I found out that my meal which was supposed to come with a 90 calorie baguette came with a 260 calorie biscuit. Ouch. I didn’t take it back as calorie wise it worked out ok(plus, have you had their biscuits? Would YOU take it back? Yeah I didn’t think so… lol) The meal I got was 3 naked chicken tenders which had no breading, just seasoning; green beans and then the biscuit. Everything was hot and fresh and the naked tenders were super good. The green beans were awesome as well; they were a little spicy and had a great flavor. So all in all, it was super good, and it’s nice to have another place I know I can go that has decent choices, especially when they taste as good as Popeye’s!
