I tried this place for the first time a couple months ago based on Unilocal reviews and TT is really that deal! FIrst of all she’s an expert manicurist/​nail tech. I get acrylic and my nails are always perfectly shaped, not too thick, and polished perfectly. Never messy. It can get really busy but she’s fast and can do hella designs too. It’s so far from my house but it’s worth the drive. She’s not phony, extra nice all in your mix but she’s pleasant, chill, and about her business. Prices are on par with most salons. From what I’ve seen the other ladies are really good too but I’ve only gone to TT.

This place is amazing. While it is always very busy, I never feel like I’m being rushed. I highly recommend it.

Pink’s was really busy for a Thursday at 2:00 — if you know you’re going to be going here then I would make a reservation. I was a walk in and had to wait about 15 – 20 minutes.
They have SO MANY different gel colors available. Definitely the most I have ever seen. The girl took her time doing my shellac and making sure my cuticles were done as best as possible — they don’t cut corners. The shellac manicure was about 35 $ so it’s on par with higher end nail places.
Not 5 stars because I’m getting some chip page at the end of the nails … When the tips aren’t sealed properly it’s not good!

Got pedi and a shellac mani today.
My first time getting shellac and as a SAHM to a crazy active toddler my nails was short and broken. The staff was very sweet. Made me feel welcome and I was leaving feeling very pampered and pretty.
I will be back

Came in as a walk-​in with a friend around 2:15 today, and they were able to accommodate us with no issues.
I requested a basic manicure ($ 14 and includes a hand massage), and was told to pick a color and have a seat. They had a generous selection of regular polishes to choose from, and an even larger selection of shellac and gel polishes.
My nail tech was Helen. She was so sweet! She did try to upsell me a few times even after I politely declined, but I couldn’t even truly be annoyed with her since she was so nice. Helen was fast, but she was gentle and careful. My cuticles had never looked better after she was done with them. She seemed to sincerely care about her clients’ satisfaction, and expressed to me that she enjoyed helping her clients choose their polish color. I loved my mani so much I told her I’d be back soon to have shellac done, but unfortunately she’ll be on vacation until April. However, she reassured me that anyone else in the salon would be able to take care of me — really liked that she was a team player.
My only complaint, why I knocked off half a star, was that the shape of my nails weren’t completely perfect. I wanted a round shape and noticed that a couple nails were slightly uneven/​lopsided, and I did have to reshape a few nails after I got home. Honestly, if I wasn’t so OCD I probably wouldn’t have noticed.
While the space isn’t lavishly decorated, I really appreciated that it was clean and well ventilated. There wasn’t an overwhelming chemical smell like most nail salons I’m accustomed to. A couple other bonuses is that they offer free wifi and beverages. Definitely would come back and recommended to others!
Side note, I was informed that they have a 2 week «insurance» policy on their shellac. If it chips/​breaks within 2 weeks, come back and they’ll repair it for you for free! I thought that was amazing customer service.

I went in for a polish change on my toes and for a full on my nails. I was over charged $ 12 for my services. Once I got home I noticed the high price I paid and I called to speak with the desk person who confirmed that I was overcharged and that it would be easier for him to give me a credit instead of reversing the charges. I agreed to the credit. Three weeks went by with my trying to book an appointment with TT who was very busy during the holidays. I Called to request that my credit be made to cash so that I can pick it up and use it elsewhere. The desk person was extremely rude and said my credit was only $ 10 and not $ 12. He got loud with me and said that I can’t call the same day and expect TT to do my nails which I did not. He rudely said «just come in tomorrow» be hung up in my face. Terrible customer service! I will not be going back. I will be reporting this company to the better business bureau. Neil was rude and very disrespectful. Then called me back several times after hanging up obviously knowing what he did was wrong. The Unprofessional behavior and lack of business acumen can be displayed below in his comments to this review. I hope the actual owner sees his lack of professionalism and disposes of his disrespectful kind. Neil and his wife refuse to acknowledge the fact that he was rude and hung up in my face when I called. This review is accurate and is based on the disrespect I received from Neil when I called. Me not being able to be services has nothing to do with this review. The disrespect does. A good business knows how to speak to its customers and hanging up on them isn’t respect. Thank you!
I was charged more than what I should have been charged. Definition: over charged. I don’t work for pink nail lounge. Those that do should know what to charge the customers. I agree this happening and then being spoken to rudely then hung up on is excessive and out of hand. The guilt shows in your constant response to this review. If a customer is still speaking on the phone then the conversation obviously isn’t over. No excuse for the rudeness or un professionalism that you are still showing right now. Please continue to make your business look bad. I’ve seen other reviews and am not the first un satisfied with this establishment. Happy New Year!

Loved the service and my nails. I loved the milk and honey pedi and my full set was amazing! My nail tech Julie had the best nail charms! I will be coming back for sure!

Great service !!! My complaints are not enough chairs and worker !!! Overall they take care of you price is a bit expensive. Craftsmanship is excellent !!!

I came here because of the great reviews and 10 minutes after I walked in I felt unwelcome. I don’t get my nails done often and when I do I just get a simple mani pedi. So I don’t understand things like gel, acrylic, and shellac etc. This time I wanted a bit extra. I described what I wanted and she said «So like full set?» I said «Um yeah I think so» Then I repeated the description of what I wanted and she looked frustrated and said «So do you want a full set or not?» I was confused and just said yes. She could have patiently explained to me that was I was asking for was a full set. I felt embarrassed and like I was an annoyance. While I was getting them done, a lady was using a powered tool to sand down my nails and hit my skin and I flinched. She asked what happened and I just dismissed it as nothing. I heard her under her breath say «Then why’d you move you hand?». At that moment I had it. That was not necessary. When I paid my bill I had several things on there. I asked for clarification and he just repeated what was on the bill. At that point I just wanted to pay and get out of there.
In summary, I did not have a friendly service and they did not seem like they wanted to take the five minutes to answer the simple questions I had.

I haven’t had my nails done in a year and after reading the «great“‘reviews for this salon I decided to stop in. I noticed the customers were more like fans so I excited. I got a full set with Janee and it was very nice. My 2^nd visit I got a refill with TT (and again those «looked» great)!. Well after one week after that visit, I started to notice black under the acrylic. The black lined up exactly where the drill to the acrylic was. It was terrible and had actually made a hole in my nail! needless to say I took the nails off and tries to let it heal. But 2 ½ months it’s a little better but it still bad.
FYI: I understand they do great designs but getting infection/​bacteria from the salon is bad news!

This place has become my fav nails salon, they put in dedicated work n the shellac stays for at least 2 weeks, even with regular mani, the polish lasts for a long time. Trish is very helpful in picking out the popular color. Love my nails every time.

When I am in the Memorial City Mall area indefinitely make sure to stop in. I did have the pleasure of meeting TT but unfortunately she was booked up to the max. The ladies at this salon are very nice, social and you can definitely tell TT has managed them well. When you are getting a Pedicure, this salon is very sanitary so they line there pedicure bowls for each and every customer. I loved that! The young lady who did my manicure was super cool — she helped me pick a color, she shaped my nails EXACTLY how I wanted them to be and she made me feel as if I am a regular there. Also the guy next to me was a regular. Him and his daughters visit all the time and assured me that after the first experience I will be back. He was CORRECT! I will be back. Thank you so much to TT and her team!
Ps. I gave this review 4 Stars only because the shape of my nails from my pedicure did not come out the way that I wanted them. I am very particular. Other than that, everything was great!

Great job on my solar nails. love Trish she is great only came here BC its closest to my home n had great reviews however was very disappointed with my pedicure. I got the most expensive pedicure offered since I only get my feet done every so many months when they were finished I was asked if I wanted design and I said yes however I was not told of the price till when I paid I found out it was $ 5 a nail so a total of $ 10 for this design that does not even look like a $ 5 design I was very unhappy I also told her I only wanted pink and glitter and white in the design and then she goes and puts this ugly black and just basically did what she wanted and then have the audacity to charge me for it as much as I paid for the pedicure the design should have been included in the package this was a rip off if I ever do go there again I will only get my nails done.

Very sad to write this, but my last visit wasn’t pleasant. The nails look great and I love the color — but when the nail tech went under my nails with the tool they use to remove any excess glue, etc. under the nails, I got a pretty bad cut under my left pointer finger.
I let her know and she applied some ointment to the injury and apologized for the incident. When I got home, my finger looked completely swollen and there were a few other nails that visibly seemed to have cuts underneath as well. Even this morning, the nails are still in pain.
I definitely trust that everything is clean and I’ve loved the quality of the services in the past, but leaving with an injury, in my opinion shouldn’t happen.
Needless to say, I won’t be returning.

Not sure why all the Reviews say these ladies have «attitude». I’ve been coming here for awhile now and I find them to be talkative and funny. Oh well everyone has their own opinion.

My first time here I was impressed by the quality of the work… After a few times, other flaws started to show.
The major downside is that they are inconsistent with prices (got charged $ 50 first time and $ 80 the next…) and some of the techs have a MAJOR attitude.
Hire better people and don’t try to rip off customers, then I will give 5 stars. Also, I was under the impression that this place has a nice spa feel to it… That was false. One long nail bar on the left and pedicure chairs on the right.
I will end with a positive: this place has a diverse work base. I liked that!

I had to update my review because, just when i thought my nails couldn’t get any better? They did. I went for a new shape today and Emily took care of me. OH. MY. FREAKING. GOODNESS. They are flawless!!!
There is no doubt that every technician here is incredibly talented. I have had four different ones and I am ways more than happy with the results. Forever a customer!

It’s my second review that I HAVE TO LEAVE after reading comments about them being rude because they wouldn’t stay longer to do your nails?! REALLY?! The rude one are you who has the nerve to complain about people don’t staying longer because you couldn’t come earlier or call ahead! I going get my nails done there for a while now and never had bad experience with ANY of them! I wonder how would you feel after working all day and before closing someone shows up to stay for at least a 1hr?! If you didn’t got anything done you don’t know nothing about they great service! Wonder why they didn’t had time for you? Because they so good people call and make appointments ahead of time! And if apple is better why did you bother going somewhere else? At Pink Nail Lounge is quality before quantity not like other places!

I usually treat myself to a mani & pedi once in a few months bc I usually do it myself at home, but I’ve found a place close to work and it’s been the best experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been back twice now and the service has been great, my manicure lasts for weeks, and they speak perfect English! I don’t think I’ve been to the same nail salon this year as I’ve had bad to mediocre experiences every where else. I’m glad to have found my go-​to place!
Jessica is my manicurist. She’s cute and quirky, a perfectionist and really takes her time. I’m a simple girl and like to stick to just regular polish, no fancy designs — but if you’re into that, the owner is really good at painting basically anything you ask her to.
