The merchandise is great, but the customer service is terrible. I asked one sales girl if they had a specific item, nothing too complicated just a cabinet with some doors, and she was completely useless, told me they had none. While I waited for her to check if they had another item in stock, I found my original needed item on my own, in more than one style. After waiting for her to come back with an answer, I found her helping another customer and asked her about the item in stock. She said she had asked someone else to find out about it, and continued talking to the other customer. What a little a-​hole. It took over an hour to buy what I needed, and I felt really unappreciated as a customer. The only attraction to this store is the merchandise. The two short sales girls were pretty unhelpful, the taller one with the long hair was very nice and made the visit much less unpleasant. Fire those two!

Love this place.

Now that I have my gf living with me the house actually feels like a home. And with every home must come actual decorations. And I don’t mean the Sports banner you had in college or those old movie posters.
Pier 1 is one of my favorite home décor stops. I love it every time I step into this place. It always smells so good. I finally had to purchase some of their oils and now my bathroom has the exact same smell!
They have coupons all the time and check out for their markdowns. Cute stuff can be found at very reasonable prices.

Be ready to spend money in this store. They have so many great design ideas and furniture. Every time I visit, I leave with some great home décor.

Nice store. overwhelming for those of us who shop at old navy, bath and body works and Bed Bath and Beyond on the regular.
