If you expect to eat your meal in the same hour you ordered it do not go here. We arrived around 11:30am with a party of 5. We did not get our food until 12:47pm and two of the people received cold food with one of those being noodles! I ordered the lemon grass beef with shrimp which was $ 2.00 more than the lemon grass beef. I only received two shrimp with my meal. During this time there were numerous people that came in with no place to sit or they sat and waited for over 15 minutes for dirty tables to be cleared. A group of 4 men came in and decided to do take out. After sitting outside in their vehicle for 40 minutes they left with no food. The food is not worth the hour and a half wait it required. Maybe at a different time of day the service would be different but I would not recommend going here during lunch.

We waited 20 minutes plus for a couple of orders of phở and a few meat plates. I’m so used to huyns near downtown that this was incomparable and expensive. It was ok but too pricey for just being ok.

Spring rolls the size of my forearm. Best peanut sauce I’ve had. Phở was average but satisfying. Gets a bit busy being so near the industrial area but the staff works hard.

New, clean place and a friendly staff of two. Mom comes out of kitchen to run things. Young man(son?) waits the tables. Spring rolls were thick, but did not contain mint leaves as menu states(but it had cilantro leaves, so maybe they get confused over terminology); peanut sauce was thick and had more hot spice than other places(but not too hot). Grilled Pork Vermicelli was good, but not great. The meat was tender enough and not too fatty, but not enough grill flavor. The fish sauce was mild. The shredded lettuce was fresh and green. I almost ordered a Durian smoothie, but the owner wasn’t sure I would like it. Thai Tea was good. Later, she brings me sample of Durian ice cream. Good stuff! Hanging TV in corner was too loud, but they let me hit the mute(not many customers, since it’s so new). Through window, I saw some young women in mini-skirts go to work down the strip center to the Houston Dolls place. No, that is not why I gave 4 stars. Good first visit. I’ll be back to try more.
