Great place if your in the area. Food was decent in taste, good sized portion, affordable price, free WiFi, friendly people. Overall good experience. Will definitely stop by again.

Went here today for bun bo hue and a beef rice plate during lunch and the food is extremely disappointing. The bun bo hue was a clear both with a little chilli oil, taste not nothing like bun bo hue. The veggies that came with the bun bo hue was a little off also, who puts green lettuce to eat with BBH??? Now lets talk about the beef rice plate, there were hardly any pickled veggies. The beef was yellow curry like in color and it was basically four slices of top round eye beef wrapped around a stick of sugar cane for $ 9. I don’t know how these people are confident enough to open up a restaurant with such horrible basic vietnamese food. I will NEVER go back to this place and do not recommend them. P. S. I am a little iffy about the positive reviews of this place as someone mentioned the BBH was good and it was the worst BBH I’ve ever had.

So far so good… New ownership revamped the inside and the menu… This is my second time here and so far I’m still satisfied… I’m just going to list things we’ve ordered and what i think about it: +phở tai– taste was ok… Nothing super spectacular but. Comes in small, medium, large, and extra large +bahn khot– these were good… I wish they used a whole shrimp rather than cut up pieces but whatevs… Also I prefer mine to be super crispy so next time I order it I would probably ask them to cook it a bit longer… +spring rolls– it’s 2 super long pieces cut into 4s so you get 4 pieces… Sorry but I loved phở 99s spring rolls… They win +general tsos chicken– this was actually really good… I think the portion was great and the flavors as well… served with white rice and broccoli I would probably ask them to toss the broccoli in the sauce *com ga nuong– the chicken looked weird at first… Almost like some kind of organ meat… It’s not the normal grilled chicken breast my brother said it was pretty good *Bo luc lac– large portion pretty snazzy no complaints *fish sauce– they put thai chilis in their sauce don’t know if they have it without but this addition does give the sauce a spicy kick Overall you should try this place… Like go in and have a meal… They have really great people working there and they speak English… Also they are open late(10pm)

Got 5 appetizer(ban co, ban be, ban xe, wangs, spring rolls), 2 phở db, 1 mi wonton… The app was money! The phở is alright, best up northside. The wonton is a Lil salty at first but with the addition of veg, it came out good. Give this cali place a try, bc the serve is excellent. it’s legit! Menu cover everything haha.

Excellent food and service, the soup base in the phở is not some generic stock, the salt and pepper appetizer was hot and crispy with a hint of spice. Over my experiment at this place was wonderful.
