Absolutely horrible customer service. I requested a call back twice regarding my order that was never received and was never called back. They emailed me saying it would take 2 months for them to send me the item I ordered. They required me to file a police report for a $ 50 item. They make mistakes on their part and the customer is the one that suffers. Be aware!!!
