I have been taking my vehicles to the owner for 13yrs. I have a saturn, which are difficult to repair due to parts being hard to find. But they never gave up, my car is now out of the shop, and rides great! I paid out of pocket to avoid a claim and they made sure it was affordable, being a single mom of 2 it is quite important to not feel taken advantage of.

Don’t bring ur car hear, these people are scammers at their best, they had my car for 2 months to replace a front bumper, really 2 months for a bumper, they will play a cat and mouse game with u and tell u very little on the progress of ur car, nor will they call u when it’s ready, u have to stay on them to get the job done, they quoted me 10 business days for the work and that turned into 2 months, even after my car was ready, it took them 3 hrs to get my car, the excuse I was given was it was being detailed, I think they were just buying time to try and finish some loose ends on the car, because when I got it, it didn’t look like it was detailed for 3 hours, more like ran through the car wash at the gas station.

Worst retail experience of my entire adult life, hands down. Never called to update, never returned my calls. Promised car would be ready several times only to have it not actually be ready or even close. Took 3 months to complete repairs and one year later I discovered that two tires were replaced that were suppose to be Hankook, insurance company was charged for Hankook but as it turns out, they were two completely different brands and NOT Hankook and now I can’t get my tire pressure sensor to turn off.
I literally wouldn’t take my car to this place again if it were the last repair facility on earth, it was just that horrible.

Never EVER take your vehicle to this shop. Houston promised to have my truck repaired so that it was better than before I took it in. Took more than 3 months, and I just had to pick my vehicle up not fixed. He did not make sure my truck was safe prior to returning it (was in an accident so the suspension was impacted and he didn’t even bother to attempt to fix the issue at all), forgot to put my racing stripes back on my truck, and gave my truck back dirty WITH roaches. There was no follow up, calls back or progress reports. I see why! Awful, Awful, AWFUL.
