History
Established in 2014.
Pediatrics of Greater Houston was created in November of 2014. Don M. Schaffer MD, Douglas M. Suell, Jr MD, and Gina L. Stephen MD were individual Pediatricians that came together to form the practice. Dr. Don Schaffer has been a pediatrician since 1980. In 2001 he brought in Dr. Douglas Suell and in December of 2014 Dr. Gina Stephen joined them.

Manager
Charlotte has been a nurse for over 40 years. Charlotte also had a background in Computer Science. She had been the practice manager for over 32 years. She met Dr. Don Schaffer when she was working in ER at Texas Childrens in 1980. She went to work for Dr. Don in 1981. She set up his practice and computerized the office.
