Nurse administering my son’s shots squeezed his leg so hard that the injected liquid literally squirted back out onto the exam table, he was screaming in agony before the needle ever went in.
The doctors and nurses are horrible, sadistic, child hating people taking pleasure in the pain they can inflict on these poor kids. BEWARE.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!! We just left their Tomball office and will never return here again. They were very rude to my fiancé. Asked her if she is the «father» of the child. Did you fail to see the large DD’s she so graciously carries around? Or was it that you quickly figured out that we are a lesbian couple??? Well guess what, we’re human too. We’re not some diseased people who should be discriminated against. And my fiancé’s son is 5. The nurse wouldn’t even touch him!!! I’m beyond myself!!! These people will get what they deserve. When you treat people that way it shows lack of character, knowledge and bigotry. You people are disgusting. I’m sick to my stomach, but not for long because you do not deserve anymore of my energy. You’re lucky there was kids around or I would have given you a piece of my mind.

AWFUL experience with this office!!!
Estella (office staff) is rude and belligerent to patients and families! She INTENTIONALLY delayed a referral for my granddaughter to see a dermatologist for possible MELANOMA.
Nurse practitioner Julie Nguyen failed to follow up with the timely and urgent referral to a specialist. Texas children rep called this office 4 times today to see if she could help speed up the process, but this doctor KIMBERLY LAZARUS and her team refused to cooperate. When I requested licensure information, they gave me fraudulent numbers.
I took the time to report Julie Nguyen and Dr. Lazarus to the appropriate medical boards. They CLEARLY discriminate against Medicaid patients!

Dr. Edecki has a terrific attitude. She spent lots of time with us during my son’s appointment. She was nice and not rushed. I left happy. However, her front office staff needs some polish. Since we deal with them when calling and waiting, and for basically everything, I am giving this establishment 3 stars. They are not very helpful, and don’t want to listen to one’s questions or concerns.
