Specialties
Paths in Healing is passionate about helping people of all ages and physical abilities. That passion is rooted in our fascination with the human body and the spirit that inhabits it. We want to inspire individuals like you to achieve the lifestyle that you want. Your goal may be a more efficient marathon or it may be freedom from pain after years of suffering.
The human body is designed for movement, but pain can limit the bodies’ ability to move freely. In treating pain, we incorporate a variety of massage techniques to facilitate the body’s natural ability to heal. Traditional Swedish Massage Therapy is large part of our practice, along with Myofascial Release, Neurosomatic Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy, Craniosacral Therapy, Fascial Mobilization and Energy Work.
For relief from chronic and acute pain, healing of sports injuries, improved physical performance, or simple stress relief, Paths in Healing can help you achieve the results and lifestyle that you seek.
