Charged 3 dollars to print out two papers from my amazon account. They are not focused on customer service. Do not go here.

THIS PLACE IS TERRIBLE and will steal your money.
I mailed 4 priority packages and they charged me $ 40.40; when I asked why it was so much the guy said (from what I could understand) that the prices went up. Naively I just accepted this since I was in a rush. When I realized my mistake — it should have been $ 5.75 per envelope — I went back and complained. The guy at the counter told me as a franchisee they charge a surcharge. Almost 100% markup is absolutely absurd.
Just go to a post office or a UPS/​FedEx store and don’t give these clowns your money.

CUSTOMER BEWARE. This business has gone downhill since Mr. Patel left. Extremely poor customer service. An example — Today I needed a document copied. It was 36 pages long, single sided. I wanted it copied and printed double sided and stapled. During the print job, the copy machine malfunctioned. I asked for the job to be cancelled and offered to pay for prints that were complete. No problem right? After inspecting the finished documents, I discovered one document had printed correctly and one had a duplicate page. I offered to pay for the document that was correct and move on. The shop associate proceeds to find the extra page in the second document and rip it out then handing it to me and claiming it was perfect. He then proceeded to charge me almost $ 12.00 for 72 copies, of which 18 pages were usable. On top of that, when I questioned him about the charges, he gave me a math lesson. I’m still puzzled how 18 pages, doubled sided equal 72 copies… but I’m not a mathematician.
I hate leaving nasty reviews, but CUSTOMER BEWARE. These guys are crooks. I’m lucky it was only $ 12.00. If I could give a Zero Star Rating, I would. The previous owner ran an honest business and I used his services quite often. I will not return to this shop.

Terrible customer service. I took a wallet to be shipped via FedEx. He wouldn’t help me prepare the box or the shipment. Just gave me a FedEx build your own box and said put your label and leave it on counter. When I asked if he can help me. He said no that’s not his Job. Use fedex or ups stores. This guy is a joke.

Decided to send out some care packages to some loved ones, and I was looking for a post office in the Tanglewood area. Luckily, I bumped into the Parcel Plus in the Randall’s parking lot. There was a short line, and the lady at the counter was very pleasant and helpful. Was in and out in about 15 minutes. Convenient location right in between Randall’s and Adair.
