Run Run Away! Huge waste of money! Have had several issues within the first few months! Warranty work done one day a week so you will be without headlights for 2 months, typically. Not to mention if you mess with the lights warranty is voided. Save your money & do something else!

I had my plasma halo lights on my 2011 Dodge Challenger done sometime in Nov/​Dec of 2014. They did a wonderful job as I have enjoyed it thoroughly! That’s the good news. A couple weeks ago (mid-​Oct 2015) all 3 lights on the passenger side went out. I called Oracle on Grant and they scheduled me an appt within 4 business days. When I went in this morning they mainly wanted to sell me a part that you’d think would’ve been covered on the LIFETIME warranty that they gave me. I was wrong! It’s a «new policy» as I was told and this will give me another warranty on my lights! I would recommend them for the work they do BUT know that there’s ALWAYS going to be a sales pitch everytime you go in for work done on your car esp if it’s «under warranty!»

WORST PLACE EVER!
I have never experienced such bad customer service. First of all, I came in to oracle thinking halos would look amazing on my charger Srt. I paid a little over $ 950 for the set of top and fog halos. A little pricy but I thought why not since they like to say they have life time warrenty. The DAY I got them on, I noticed the lights were completely different colors. They were supposed to be all white and there were purple and white lights mixed all in. Like one fog light one color ect. I told them I noticed it and another customer agreed with me but they insisted I drove it for awhile to see if maybe it was just the lighting. Well obviously after taking it home and 5 people pointing it out, I called to make the appointment which took over a month just to get! So stupid. I should have had them changed that same day. After they fixed it, here were the issues I ran I to (I also live an hour and a half away so driving this is a complete waste of gas)
1. Went in for lights going out in my halo-​they fixed it with the warrenty.
2. Went in again a couple months later for more lights out– they claimed someone tampered with it and painted my bumper (wtf? No one could have possibly painted my car. It was the exact same since I bought it in 2013. Idiots!) they charged me $ 200 to fix the light and refused service unless I paid. I hated dealin with them and paid to get it over with.
3. Two months later, the same fog goes out– they say there’s a crack and it needs a whole new fog light or it’ll keep going out. I made another month long appointment to go all the way back to fix it cause they would t do it while I was there. Had to pay over $ 200 more dollars to fix the halo and the fog.
4. After they put a brand new fog light and halo in, the SAME fog light goes out and they wanna say I messed with it again. After my boyfriend finally steps in they say they will fix it and it’ll be covered under warranty.
5. Made an appointment because every single halo went out and found that the box that powered them to my car mysteriously fell off. — they tried to blame me and noticed my boyfriend walking in then suddenly changed their story to say it is an easy fix and they will get it. Ridiculous.
6. My lights are now going out again and my button to switch them is stuck somehow and won’t move– I called to get my halos fixed and my button but the «new policy» is that they need a picture of the halos that are out but how is that possible when the button to turn them on won’t even go? Now I’m waiting on a call just to get back with me on weather or not they will be able to give me an appointment. I’m so tired of this and I’m definitely not paying anything else to these idiots. Small claims court here I come!
Take it from me and so many other people I have met at oracle while at my appointments, don’t waste your money on these pieces of crap because it’s not worth the time and money to constantly deal with them. Every time I go in for an appointment, at least one other person is there trying to get theirs fixed as well.

Although the products they advertise and sell at this storefront are nifty, the quality is pretty bad. I had to return twice after my initial purchase to actually get two WORKING lights for my car. After I had received to verified working lights, I decided to have professionals install them so I wouldn’t be responsible for the reason the lights go bad. Unfortunately, they notified me that their queue for installing the lights at the store was backed up for months, so I took my car to the dealership to install my aftermarket DRLs for a reasonable price.
However, this is no fairy-​tale ending as one side of the lights I bought back in March 2014 went bad half a year later in September. All this after the fact that I had paid to install them properly and they seemed to be working fine. When I returned to the storefront to tell them about their faulty product, they told me I had to pull the bulb out myself since they weren’t responsible for putting it in. That is understandable, but I am not going through the hassle of pulling out the bulb or paying an arm-​and-​a-​leg fee to get it pulled out.
I don’t think it’s worth the drive back to get another «working» bulb to magically have it go bad again not even a year after purchase. Knowing they have lifetime warranty may seem good, but it is only because their products are shoddy and unreliable.
They specialize in American cars, as they advertise only Camaros and Rams in their storefront. If you’re driving something that’s not an American sports car or SUV/​truck, save yourself the trouble and find lights somewhere that deals with imports and exotics. They go bad on you within months.

First of all, I want to say my lights look incredible. I love the purple LED halo headlights and foglights on my black camaro. This look ROCKS.
That being said, there are two things I don’t like.
1) they put the switches WAY out of my reach — under the dash, on the side, by my foot. To turn on my headlights to drive, I have to contort myself into a pretzel to turn my lights on. It’s impossible if I“m driving at dusk to turn on my headlights while driving now. I can think of 10 different places they could have put those switches that would have been out of the way without killing the resale of my car and that placement is #11. I DID agree to «under the dash» but our definitions are way different and they didn’t show me exactly where they had in mind. Now, I didn’t ask either, but I figured they were the experts and it only made sense in my head that the switch would be in a reasonable to reach location. Not so.
2) They left the 3M backing on the fog lights which is the plastic peel-​off backing. After a couple of days in the texas heat, it peeled off on it’s own inside the light and made it look like tapeworms were infesting my fog lights. When I tried to set up a time while I was still in town (we drove 250 miles to get this done) they didn’t call me back until the following week (though I was told someone tried but no call showed up on my cell phone so they may have tried the wrong number. Or not called). We finally had to figure out how to get the tape out ourselves. They did not want to work with us to find someone to take the tape out. Luckily, we were able to manage it ourselves.
We went to the Oracle shop because we thought we’d get better service if we went directly to the experts instead of a reseller. Not so.
But the lights DO look freaking KILLER which is why I’m giving 4 instead of lower.
