Started off as a Professional cheerleaders for the NBA and NFL. The lead trainer has educated and certified well over 10,000 group fitness instructors and personal trainers. She has trained clients from Los Angeles to Georgia. Contributing writer for «Slim Down Sister» and has written many articles on health and fitness as well as showcased on 2 televised fitness shows for a 4 year run with Donna Richardson –Joyner and Tamilee Webb of «Buns of Steel.»
