History

Established in 2006.

OMNI12® is an international wholesale and distribution company based in Houston Texas. Originally founded by owners Jeremy Cai, Jana Wang and Jiangning Wang as a side business out of their garage, OMNI12® quickly grew into a full-​time venture, expanding into a warehouse space where they had the freedom to grow inventory. In 2010, Mike McAlister joined the company as Chief Operations Officer, bringing over 22 years of experience in car audio and accessories retail. Together they established OMNI12® Distribution Platform (ODP), sourcing the best brands and latest trends to create an inventory and to provide professional service that dealers could count on.

Today OMNI12® has grown into an international operation with over 20 full-​time employees and contractors with supporting dealers in North America and Latin America.
