History

Established in 1983.

O’Connor & Associates is a real estate service company. We are the largest independent real estate research and support services firm in the Southwest, conducting business nationwide and employing more than 120 people in four key areas of real estate services. We specialize in property tax reductions, real estate appraisals, federal tax reduction strategies for commercial property owners and market research for commercial property investors, brokers, developers and owners.

We have built an ever-growing database of real estate market performance trends and transactions that serves as a cornerstone for all four segments of our business. Our clients not only benefit from this efficiency in knowledge and cost in service delivery, they also have access to much of the data through paid or open subscriptions.
