A mechanic that cares? He does exist! Viet, the owner of this mechanic shop is honest, hardworking, and personable.
I got into an accident and had to leave my car here while I went out of the country. I explained my situation and Viet told me no worries, if I’m sure I’m getting my car fixed here then he will waive the $ 20 storage fee per day.
When I finally came back he gave me an estimate of $ 4500, in the end he gave me a discount and I paid $ 4400. Yay to saving money! I also checked out his parts pricing and know he didn’t try to rip me off just because I’m a girl.
He did an excellent job on my car and even fixed some quirks left by other accidents, making my car better than before actually. His wife loves to chat and will ask you about your family, job, etc. She introduced me to her daughter and son too. Its a very down to earth friendly place.
Sometimes however, their accents make them hard to understand. But get past the language barrier and you’ll find out your car is in the best of hands.
