I used this company for my payroll for almost three years. For the last year and a half of that time they embezzled over $ 10,000 in payroll tax money that was drafted out of my account for the payments to the IRS and the IRS never even saw the reports. The IRS then came after me a year and a half later for the money to which mrs Norsworthy (Ezernack) failed to come up with the proof of the filings or the money. There is a current pending legal investigation on mrs Norsworthy (Ezernac) and her company. Stay away, Far away from this company if you don’t want troubles with the IRS.

Terrible service and work ethic. If you plan to use for any tax purposes, turn and walk away because you will be disappointed in the treatment from here. We paid to have a service done that would take any other real CPA office 2 – 3 days to perform and 2 – 3 months later this owner didn’t even do anything. She sure did run our credit card within minutes but failed to complete the work nor was she apologetic about it. Follow up seemed like a bother to this woman/​company and she has no concept of customer service. To say poor customer service would be too generous. If you want someone that will take your money and not provide service or cancel meetings the same day without an apology or explanation, then this is your person! Good luck seeing any results.
