I called to buy an AC unit and the guy who answered was incredibly rude! He asked if I was a telemarketer and when I explained I wanted to purchase an AC unit he kept his rude tone. I asked him if it was a problem then I could call someone else and he said «yeah, you do that.» As a business owner myself I would never treat a customer that way. I can just imagine the service, I’m glad I dodged that one.

Called Sam at New Balance in a last resort to get a new HVAC to complete a difficult vent hood install. Two very reputable HVAC companies quoted me costs for a double walled vent, which Sam said was not warranted. His bid was the cheapest and when it came to inspection, we passed with flying colors after getting red tagged the first time. Sam and his team even cleaned up some sloppy work by a previous vendor. Sam Kelly and the New Balance HVAC team is now our preferred HVAC company. They are efficient, competitive on price, on time and honest.

Talk about service. These people know what they are doing and do it well. They are not your cheap fly by night a/​c service techs but they do it right the first time and know what they are talking about. Highly recommend for those who want quality service.
