We are a small family run salon in the Midtown/​Museum District area. We have been in business for over 10 years providing barber and beauty services within the Houston area.

I am a Master Barber with over 20 years of experience under my belt. I decided to start my own hair salon roughly 10 years ago. I enjoy what I do and love how the salon has a very nice down home feel to it. We also pride ourselves on making sure that each and every customer is happy with the level of service they receive.

I went initially to get my big chop done. The staff there was so welcoming and supportive. I went back for color and Marcus did a fabulous job. He explained the coloring process and how his method supported healthy hair. He educated me on how to care for my newly natural hair and made my curls POP!
I am very pleased to have found this salon. I will definitely be a regular client. The prices are reasonable, the staff is very knowledgeable and the atmosphere is absolutely cozy. Highly recommended!

I had a very positive experience. Like the previous reviewer said, Marcus was fantastic. He is super friendly and knows his stuff. He made the time fly quickly and did a great job with my hair.
I would recommend using Nature’s course for your natural hair needs. I don’t see how you would be disappointed!!!

I love coming here! I got my starter locs done here and I get my loc maintenance done here by Marcus and he’s so fast AND good. He always has a funny story and his hands are very gentle.
His mom cuts hair and it’s just like being in your auntie’s living room. I’ve been getting my hair done here since August and I always look forward to my next appointment. Houston’s natural hair secret. Good prices, fast service, and sweet people!
