Wow! Mary who runs the place is a gem! On my first visit she was quick and efficient and when I called the next day she immediately remembered me and my item and had everything ready way ahead of schedule. Razor sharp smart nice very personable and I could tell she cared a lot. If only every place could be like this. Cost was nine dollars to dryclean a blazer. I think that’s on the high side but not sure :-)

Normally, I love MW Cleaners but I just have to make a comment about the help here. At the Augusta location, they can’t tell you where the Shepherd Dr. location is. We were directed to the Heights! Now, at the Shepherd location (nowhere near the heights) we are super frustrated. So now, I say, you have be GOT to be kidding!!!
What in the world is wrong with people these days? I think they can’t all be stupid! I think they are simply not listening. We told this girl our name and our address and she said they never heard of us. She said, «You don’t have an account» Now that’s funny because we have been customers for 20 years. Hummmm. Oh wait I know, she couldn’t find us because she thought our street name was our first and last name. Geezzzz. Oh and we even wrote the name and address for her! The time is 5:55PM on 5.29.15. I wish I had this girls name. I would post it. If you’re a MW Cleaners Mgr. you might want to train this person. We were trying to pick up two pieces to travel out of town tomorrow and this nit wit created a big problem. BTW we DO have an account. Normally, we have D/​C picked up and delivered 2/​week at our home.

MW Cleaners took more than a week and a half to process my laundry. This was due to them forgetting to collect the laundry at the collection point. I am disappointed that throughout the process they never acknowledged the bad service or apologized for the inconvenience caused. It was all just handled very badly.

Refreshingly competent in a sea of incompetence. Mary and crew are the best… service, fairness and friendly demeanor. Few problems… always resolved satisfactorily… otherwise good quality work.

This review is really about price. The quality of work done was pretty good however it is FAR too expensive for the services provided. $ 11 dollars per sweater is far out of line.
Will not be using this cleaner again for any dry-​cleaning I may need.
