My family and I used to order all the time from Mr. Jims. We just loved it, but we made a decided to start eating healthier so we had not ordered for a while. Today was the first in a long while and will be the ABSOLUTE last time we will order from them. They delivered pizzas that we overcooked, had very little cheese on them and in some sections, NO CHEESE at all! The crust was very thin even after confirming the hand tossed crust. When the pizzas were delivered and I discovered the subpar food in the boxes, I called the manager to tell him what happened and ask for them to remake the pizzas. He said ok with little regard for customer service. He was not apologetic or at all concerned. He sent new pizzas out 40 minutes later that were worst than the last delivery. I am absolutely horrified at the service and certainly the quality of the food. Was great now… disgusting!

While I hate to admit it, this chain has some of the best pizza’s I have ever had. My most favorite part of their pizza is the garlic flavored crust. This is a take out location only. Look at their website for specials. Their pizza’s are more expensive than their chain competitors. Use the website to buy at a discount if being offered. Limited delivery area.
