No one really review this place even though it’s been around for so long! I decided to do it because I’m sure many people will like this place alot!
I moved in June 2014. Before that I blindly put up the application and paid for secuirty deposits not knowing what I’m in for. I was pretty confident I like this place. My friends were worried I might be making rash decisions.
Been a year now and I love this place. It’s close to my work place, close to highways (610 and 59) and it’s safe. It is next to west university! I can literally walk to CVS Pharmacy and the dry cleaners! Starbucks/​Japanese Restaurat/​chinese restaurants /​kolache factory etc! Have it all!
I enjoy staying here for a year. But I am moving to a bigger place now. I am so gonna miss this place!
There are 44 units available here. Few 2 bedroom, few studios and mostly 1 bedroom. All surrounding the pool. At the very end there was a laundry facility (4 dryers/​washers — $ 1.25 each load)
I got a studio apartment for a year. It was 405 sq ft (yea very small i know) with no dishwasher.
i stayed on the first floor and the temperature was about 80s in the summer if there was no A/​C turned on and about 40s in the winter. the apartment keep the temperature pretty well in my opinion.
The manager, Sherry, was really good. She isn’t always there all the time but she would be answering the phone and she was really nice. The management staff are very nice as well as the maintenance. (Though they should really leave a note to me when they come into the place)
This is defiinitely a gem! The price was affordable as well Definitely would help someone with a lower salary range to stay at this place while being in a safe environment /​convenient to medical center (bus route no.2)
