The WORST customer service I have ever had with a body shop. My car sat on their lot for TWO WEEKS without them even knowing my car was there. It was towed there, had to deal with insurance and then finally 2 weeks in (thinking they were already working on it once they got authorized by insurance to start repair) we called to check on it. We finally spoke to the manager because my call and message the week before was never answered by one of their employees. The manager got on it, ordered the parts and now they say that it MIGHT be ready in another TWO WEEKS, AKA A WHOLE MONTH IN THE SHOP! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! HORRIBLE SERVICE. Will not be coming back.

WORST service ever. Took my car over 3 months ago and it still is not fully fixed! They never ever I mean never answer the phone! Worst customer service as well! I’m taking my car back again so they can fix what they haven’t in the last 3 months!

Absolute worse place to take your car. As long as you don’t mind incompetence and not having your cars for weeks or as in my case for over 3 months, then this is the place for you. Otherwise beware that they have no idea what they are doing. They initially said my car would be ready in 4 – 5 weeks. Currently sitting at 10 weeks and still with no end date. After calling everyday, they kept saying there was another problem or something they missed or forgot to do and now makes me really worried about even driving the car after it has been repaired. Do NOT EVER take your car here.

Please Avoid them, there horrible dishonest and they don’t fixed your car like there support to. We have called them numerous time since January 25 to fixed a problem they fail to inspected on our Mini Cooper and until today we have not heard from them.

Momentum Paint & Body does excellent work! Their staff is very hands on and keep you in the loop through every step of the way. They use a system that will even send text message & email updates — how convenient! They work on all different cars & work with all insurance companies. Great body & paint work– looks like new again!

Awful service, they had my Audi for a month and a half. My progressive agent had to make them pick up the tab for the rest of my rental because they took so long. The. When I did get it back it had two Socrates unrelated to the accident and a spot they tried to buff instead of repaint. Furious and reluctant to give it back to them to repair paint damage they caused. Never again.

Very displeased w the service here. Their system sends you updates as your car is completed. Yesterday morning, I got a text that said, «vehicle in clean-​up process». I called this morning to see if I could pick up my car, the guys says it’s done but he just needs to take one last look. I get a call at 3p, and he says the car is ready to be picked up. I arrive at 4p and am asked to wait. At 4:17p, was told the guy went to pull it up. At 4:34p, told he’s waiting on it to be cleaned?! It’s now 5:12p, and I’m still waiting.
In addition to not respecting my time, they haven’t respected my finances. I’ve had to pay out of pocket for the rental car for the extra days they’ve had my car, something I expressed from the beginning.

Horrible customer service. I own a 2010 Audi and thought I would take it to the ‘official’ body shop for a quality repair job. I met with Jose, one of the customer representatives and he said it would take 3 – 4 days to replace the front grille and bumper. Sounded good to me so I committed to the repair. Since then, I received little to no updates, I called and left messages with no return. I then get a call 4 days after the repair started that another part was needed and body shop was waiting on the parts. 9 working days after the repair started, I get another call that another was needed and they are waiting on the parts. WHY COULD THEY NOT FIGURE OUT WHAT WAS NEEDED AT THE START OF THE WORK?
In total, a 6 hours of labor to replace the damaged components took Momentum 13 working days to complete. They are totally unwilling to expedite and recognize their faults and I would never recommend them. Stay away from corporate monsters — go to a mom and pop shop that will treat your car with personal care.
