My firm’s focus is helping individuals and companies deal with financial problems they may have themselves or with others. The firm has extensive experience in helping clients plan how their assets will be passed at death to their loved ones by using wills and living trusts.

Finally, the firm works with real estate investors and helps with foreclosures, evictions, contracts, and leases. I am also a licensed Texas real estate broker.

History

Established in 1990.

After graduating from South Texas College of Law in 1982, I worked as a briefing attorney for the 14^th Court of Appeals. Afterward, I began my legal career with Lackshin & Nathan, Houston, Texas for 7 years. In late 1990, I opened my own law firm that specialized in bankruptcy, wills and probate. Since then, I have concentrated my practice not only in bankruptcy, wills and probate but real estate law and collection of debts.

My passion is working with individuals and businesses that need an attorney who helps them find practical and economical solutions to legal problems.
