If I could give 0 stars I would.
I knew several people who lived here in the past so I moved in when I needed an apt and also suggested it to friends who were looking. Needless to say I feel guilty about telling them to move in here, because their experience was almoooost as bad as mine.
Several break ins, with management doing nothing.
After I moved out, they kept all of my deposits (animal and regular) and then tried to charge me additional money for «damages», which were due to documented events which were out of my control, ie: neighbor damaging my apartment.
Office manager was friendly, but office worker was anything but.
At end of my lease they were raising rent with a very minor «upgrade» of molding.
Maintenance would come and go as they pleased with little/​no warning, instead just leaving a note on the coffee table telling you that they had come. Seemed like they came a lot, as well, which was off putting having strangers in your home that often.
Keep looking, don’t settle for these apts.

Roach Infested!!! I know 3 people that live in this complex and all of them have roaches and management doesn’t give a shit!!! I called for one person (elderly) and they told me to mind my own business. I didn’t live there and they don’t care. Worst management ever!!!
