Update. They tore the building out, including foundation and rebuilt with a dual drive-​thru. That didn’t speed the drive-​through time up, but the location is back!

Typical McDonalds, but now newly renovated and built from the ground up, so I assume it’s pretty clean compared to other McD’s in the area. Drive thru messes up orders every once in a while, but most of the employees at this location are very friendly.

This McDonalds has been remodeled and has overall changed it’s service completely. The facility is clean, the food is prompt, the wifi is available at no cost, ambience is nice, and it isn’t very noisy. The only noise can be heard from the children in the play place. My only complaint about this location was the drive thru being «closed», one night. There were employees inside but no one was taking orders or came to the intercom/​window. My husband and I had too drive to another eating establishment late at night that was further from our home.

This McDonald’s has remodeled and it is 10 times better. The food is consistent and the staff were helpful and friendly. The play land was nice. The only thing I would suggest is that they clean up after the customers periodically. The place is really nice now, so when there is trash on the floors or uncleared tables, it can be a turn off. We will be back. This place is a classic. They now offer yogurt for their kids meals which my daughter enjoyed.

Place is clean on the outside but def. not cream on the inside (hit it, Dorrough!) Customer service is hit or miss… but it’s been only misses for me. Came here one morning for breakfast at 5:45am and it took a good 10mins to get my order (I was the only one). Came back another time for chicken nuggets and fries. Order large fries and got shhhhhmedium instead AND they had the audacity to charge me extra for sauce on 20pc chicken nuggets. I’d like to meet the corporate dip.S.H.I.T who can reasonably justify eating 20 nuggets with 3 sauce. that is just unAmerican

Fast and Friendly.

This place has THE MOST Disgusting women’s bathroom in the area. It is ALWAYS dirty (I go here with my kids because they like the playplace, so I’m here every week).
Also when I tried to complain to the manager instead of listening to me he tried to shut me up and even involved a security guard in our arguement.
The person who wrote that nice review above must have been the manager.

This is the note I sent to McDonald’s corp. office today.
I ordered a # 3 meal with an Extra Lg. Fry with NO Salt.
The reason I order my fries at this location with no salt is do to the fact that no matter what time of day or night I go to this location I can never get fries that are hot… They topped themselves today by giving me 2 orders of COLD Fries. When I asked the Manager on Duty for the name & Number of the franchise owner she told me that I would need to call the number on the receipt, The number for the location…
I’ve been eating at this location for 15 years & for the past year the service & Food have been declining at a rapid it is less then rate. I Will never be going to this location again even thou it is less then ½ mile from my home. I would rather drive 2 miles to go to a different restaurant then ever step foot in to another McDonald’s location.
It has been said that bad news travails faster then good news. & Customer complaints travails faster then anything…

It’s weird to review a McDonalds…
But…this place impresses me everytime I go! (which is rarely, sometimes I just want this crap). It’s very close to my house so if I ever get a craving, I just go in some jeans. The drive-​thru service is always good and really fast. AND friendly. Not many fast-​food places have friendly workers.
