My husband went to this location on his way home. Once he got home he found there to be no BBQ or ketchup as requested (even said BBQ on receipt). He drives back, very politely asks for his now cold food to be remade and to receive the sauces. No problem, lady working nicely complied. Well he gets home again and this time they made the wrong food! What the heck? I mean seriously they had the receipt to go off of… This is the worst location and we will never be back. Incompetence at its finest!

The cooks need more training on the menu. or need to pay attention. I ordered two Sirloin Steakhouse burgers specifically because they have grilled onions on them. BOTH HAMBURGERS WERE MISSING THE GRILLED ONIONS. So much for any chance that I go back to McDonalds for another Sirloin Burger.
