Matrix Vision

I changed my Optometrist to this one and it was the best decision I made. The staff is friendly and assisted me in every way and they even special ordered the glasses I wanted.
Dr. Wong is one of the best Optometrists I have ever had; he gave me specific details about my vision and in doing so improved my eyes completely. I trust Dr. Wong and I believe after going here my vision is now what it is meant to be and I would defiantly recommend this optometry office.

At first, I could over hear them talking about another customer who just left and forgot her receipt. They were like «she’ll come back and get it if it’s important to her» when they could have easily step out the door to catch her.
They were very helpful though when I started asking questions about some frames.

I am not sure how to write a review for an optometrist but I’ll try and cover all the bases. Matrix Vision is not one of those places inside the loop so anyone wanting to experience a hi-​fi sensation can cross this place off their list. The receptionists are friendly but all look super confused. It was my first time going there before jury duty and I didn’t have trouble finding it. It’s in the same shopping complex with the Kroger and the Subway next to it. After filling out the paperwork I was explained how my GroupOn would work. I figured it’s cheaper to go this route than to use my vision insurance because I just needed some quick and cheap reading glasses. Thankfully I got to meet Dr. Wong and he did a great diagnosis. They were very quick to make my prescription. I did not have to wait at all. The glasses were ready the same day by the end of business day. I am just a little confused as to why I have not been refunded my $ 73 on my credit card yet as I was explained on the receipt that I was given a $ 73 credit because I came back and purchased a pair of eyeglasses. All in all, Dr. Wong is great. The staff is friendly but they can learn to be a bit more professional even though they might not be in the most friendly part of town.

I have been going here for 10 years. I trust this doctor and they have a clean and safe store.

The optometrist lied to me telling me that I needed glasses. I spent hundreds of dollars on a prescription and lenses. When my eyes began to hurt from wearing the glasses, I saw an opthamologist who took scans of my eyes and told me that I have ²⁰⁄₂₀ vision. I absolutely do not recommend visiting this practice.

Everything from the location, atmosphere, warm receptionists, price, selection, and Dr. Wong was 5 star! He made my visit super calming, professional, and I really felt at ease. I can see clearly again too!!! The fitting of my glasses were a step above what any other place has done and my glasses were ready in an hour! Amazing!

Doctor is just fine. Front desk is lousy, frantic, disorganized, rude. Last yeat, they couldnt find my chart among their files, acted like it was my fault. Couldnt find my glasses when I went to pick them up, questioned me if iI really ordered them even though I had a receipt. The doctor himself finally found them after digging around. Had an appointment as a returning patient today, arrived to find out they quit taking my insurance last month. Surely that is something they could have discussed with me when I made the appointment last week. Thank goodness I’m forced to find a new place or I might have kept going figuring it’s only once a year at best and the doc isn’t so bad. Doesn’t matter how skilled the doctor if your front desk doesn’t have their act together!

Last minute appointment for myself and husband. Dr Wong was very thorough, friendly and professional as were his staff. Was given great assistance with eyeglasses and they were ready the following day. Highly recommend.

Last minute appointment, the doctor was very friendly, I have four small children, Dr. Wong and the assistants took very good care of them. He is very patient and a good listener. The assistants were very helpful for the children to choose their frames. The price is fair.

They took me as a walk in and were friendly. But nothing out of the ordinary. The eye doctor did his job, made small talk and sent me on my way. Again nothing mind boggling. This is about as much as I can say about this place.
