To tell the truth everyone there is really nice, my husband has been getting a haircut at least once a month since a few years ago and always has been happy. I used to cut my hair and do any hair color I want by myself. But I really wanted to get a pixie cut, to be exact something like Michelle Williams used to have or Anne Hathaway. A few months ago I went to another place because I had a coupon and the girl who cut my hair did an awful job, so I decided to give it a try here. Sandy is an angel! She understood completely my feelings, we talked a lot and she did exactly what I wanted, I may not look like any of those beautiful super stars but the haircut really was what I was expecting and felt amazing! She knew what she was doing and since obviously my husband trust her, I did too and I was not wrong. I am really happy that finally I got an amazing experience getting a haircut and you can see she really loves her job and is a beautiful and nice person, we love her! And you can’t beat the price.

Ann makes this place totally worthwhile. I used to avoid these cheaper haircut chains, but after Toni & Guy butchered my hair for $ 80, I just decided to give it a go. The first time I went, the girl who cut my hair didn’t quite get what I wanted and even though that could be considered my fault on some level, you should never let a guy leave a hair salon looking like Ramona Quimby. I went back the next day in order to see if I could at least look passable. Well I can thank the Hair Jesus Ann was there, she fixed my hair for free and made me look better than I’d ever looked with shaggy hair. Over the last 5 years, I’ve been going back and trying new things occasionally. She knows what looks good on you. She knows when what you want will look stupid. And she will not let you look stupid, point blank. If she opened her own salon, I’d be there in a heartbeat, dragging every friend I could. The only downside is that if you don’t have an appointment, chances are she does because she’s in high demand at that place, so you’ll have to put your name down and wander through the mall, maybe shopping, maybe avoiding the foreigners trying to force-feed you cheap beauty products and ugly, personalized memorabilia. Either way. Worth it.

Horrible horrible experience. I am in between stylist at the moment being new to the city. I just needed a trim. The stylist did not listen to me at all. I literally had to stand up and tell her to stop cutting. She thinned my hair out instead of trimming. It ended up 3 inches shorter i asked for because she had 2 fix the mess she made !!! I will never ever go again!!! I wish I could post negative stars!!!

My boyfriend’s sister and mom took me here to get a hair cut. They told me they’ve been coming to this salon for years. I don’t usually frequent mall salons, but these girls have great taste so I gave it a shot. I brought in a photo of Winona Ryder with a messy shag, and at once my stylist, Anne, told me she couldn’t give me bangs like the photo because my permanent front cowlick will make them part and not sit right. So we reconsulted the books and came out with a photo of a shorter style that I liked enough. As she was cutting it I was unsure of it, but after it was done I was stunned. It looked better than the photo and I am still getting compliments a week later, after going home and styling it myself. Pricing was very decent. I think my wash and cut and style was only $ 35. Anne was really great and despite Willowbrook being the other end of earth for me, I’ll go back to her when I need my mop trimmed again.
