People who run this place are really not helpful and rude, even when I moved-​in the apartment was missing many things in the kitchen, bathroom and living room and it took one month to complete the remaining work. They keep changing the management but unfortunately it is getting worst and worst, and they always have the same unprofessional answer «it is not our fault, it’s the previous management fault», I strongly not recommending this place.

We have been here about one year and half but unfortunately we have a mice problem! And pest control do nothing! My husband just try to catch them!
But stuff are nice and its a quite place.

The apartments are nice and location is great, BUT the people who run are not… Been having a lot of issues since I moved in back in October 2014. The parking is horrible! If you get home late you have to park far from your building. Pest/​Maintenance issues are not taken care of in a timely manner. A/​C units are old, therefore my unit runs about 16 – 20 hrs a day just to keep the apt. at a comfortable temperature. Also security, since I moved in there have been some break-​ins/​chairs by the pool been stolen here as well. One time had someone bang on my door for no reason… Pests are another issue, been having issues with bugs crawling in through some cracks in the door/​window. I Would NOT recommend this place at all! I want to definitely break the lease and move somewhere else already!

I just moved into the complex, and so far, I really love it! I can only give it 4 stars because I just haven’t been there long enough to give a 5 star review. HOWEVER, I absolutely love the staff. They have been very responsive and timely when addressing my requests or issues. Additionally, I love the variety of the floor plans. And for the price, I think you get quite a lot. My only gripe is that they don’t have any covered parking UNLESS you rent a floor plan with an attached garage (which is what I have) — everything else is first come first serve, open lot. When/​if they do another upgrade to the complex, that would be my suggestion — offer reserved covered parking (like carports or something).
All in all the complex is great. I love that it’s next to I-​10 and about 5 miles down I-​10 on Fry Road, you have every grocery store that you need/​want. The convenience level is great.
The staff seems to take pride in their complex, and they keep it very neat and clean. It’s EXTREMELY quiet (event though we’re RIGHT next to Top Golf). And most importantly, I feel very safe/​secure at the complex.
When it comes time to renew my lease, I most likely will.
